Perfect location, highly recommended

Pobyt przebiegł pomyślnie. Obsługę oceniam bardzo dobrze. Lokalizacja świetna. Polecam serdecznie :)

Discreto hotel, ottima posizione, staff super disponibile Buona posizione e staff super gentile. Carino trovare le bottigliette d'acqua gratuite in camera. Colazione discreta con poca varietà e qualcosa non proprio buonissima, pochissima scelta tra i dolci, molto di più salato. Purtroppo la pulizia non avveniva ogni giorno e non abbiamo capito con quale criterio sceglievano i giorni in cui pulire. L'ultimo giorno non avevamo più nemmeno carta igienica e non hanno mai messo il bagnoschiuma ma solo shampoo in quanto era terminato; una ragazza dello staff ci ha gentilmente offerto un po' del suo.

Rewelacja dla tych którzy lubią życzliwość smaczne jedzonko i skromne ale przytulne pokoje...obsługa na 6 pod każdym względem 🙂

Older property in a quiet back street. Clean and large room with kettle on request. Lovely friendly staff. Beds comfy. But of noise from room above and in the hallway . Close to main areas and we were able to walk to all the main sights. Slightly dated but has character and breakfast is mainly continental with a little bit of cooked egg and sausage. Always fresh bread, cake and cheeses. Plenty enough for a good start to the day. Would come back!

Surprisingly beautiful beach jugend hotel! I was expecting less, but was pleasantly surprised. And checkout at 12 made it even better on new years day... :)

A lovely hotel very clean with friendly helpful staff that is only a short walk to the Jewish quarter. If you walk the short distance to the river you can follow it to the main castle that then leads you up into the main town and square. We took a short river cruise (approximately one hour) that was very enjoyable. My wife an I can recommend Starka restaurant which is only a short walk from the hotel. A trip to the salt mine approximately 45 minutes is well worth it.

Excellent location staff wonderfully friendly, although nobody appeared to know what a poached egg was as I tried to order for breakfast. Rooms nice, clean & spacious. Bad points aircon aweful very big and noisy and does not push out cold air this time of year room was very hot. Big shower but water pressure low. Tv very old does not have casting to watch your countries programmes (from your phone/device) so only Polish TV available. Overall good value for money.

Charming retro-style small hotel located in the centre of Kazimierz Jewish district. Delicious breakfast but no kettle in the room. You can ask for a hot water at the reception though. A lot of shops and cafeterias in the area.

Lovely hotel, clean, spacious room, staff very friendly and more than helpful, good breakfast, central to Jewish Quarter, staff organized trips , Auschwitz and Birkenau, reasonably priced, highly recommend this place

The hotel is Art Deco in style. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. I had a slight problem with my shower and some of the hairdryers when on high setting cut out. However it is the staff that make this hotel. Hairdryer - no problem reception staff will give you one. Wish to book to go anywhere? Hotel staff are there to help. Need to print off boarding passes again no problem. One lady Anya was a superstar. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms although bottled water is provided but again ask and they will make you a drink. No problem seems to be their stock. Reply

First time in Krakow and this hotel appears to be ideally situated to walk to both the Main Square and the Jewish Quarter plus very close to tram stopes too. It is basic and the main down side was the room was really warm which seemed to emanate from the hotel itself as our heating was off. Room was small and basic but it was a room with a shower and toilet and we only slept there as out all day site seeing and as such for a basic hotel was more than adequate. Breakfast basic but ok and why use hotel bar when there are son many excellent bars close by? Overall a clean basic hotel, friendly staff and yes I would go back too
