Dom Casimi

Cracking little hotel located right in the centre of the old Jewish quarter of Krakow. Well priced, clean and quiet. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, good variety of fresh produce as well as endless coffee, fresh orange juice and water.

I stayed here for 5 nights and felt excellent. My room was a bit budget, only at the hotel did I see that there are much bigger and better equipped rooms than the one I stayed in. Nevertheless, I felt excellent here. Attention, the hotel does not have an elevator, so a disabled or older person could have problems if they get a room on the upper floors. Very good breakfast, the lady who serves the table asks every time if we want eggs or an omelette and she cooks them on the spot. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but you can park in the public parking lot right in front of the hotel for 60 zlots/day. I felt very well here and if I come back to Krakow, I will stay here again.

A real sense of being in a traditional European guest house or Pensione. I stayed in the double room facing the little park and the Remu synagogue. Great room with wood panelling and old furniture. Breakfast in the basement restaurant was good and many thanks to the cheerful lady who serves breakfast and is so helpful. This is my second visit to Krakow and I would always now stay in the Kazimierz district. Less grand than the central old town but quieter and easier to enjoy. Would love to go back to the Dom Casimi...one day!
