Super bra service och super fint rum. Bodde där 2 nätter. Blev sjuk den sista natten och personalen var väldigt hjälpsam och fixade så vi fick checka ut två timmar senare. Fick även lämna våra väskor på hotellet i 10 h i efter vi checkat ut. Rekommenderar verkligen. Ca 10 min till fots in till centrum!!

M29 is a beautiful hotel. The location is great, and nothing we have wanted to visit has been more than a 25 min walk. The staff are all lovely. Very friendly and helpful, and gave us great recommendations. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and stylish. Amazing hotel and can’t wait to return.

Seems to be newly renovated, rooms were immaculate. We stayed here on a weekend break. This is the best area to stay in. Krakow, we were on our 7th visit here and have never had a bad hotel, this one we will certainly return to. Staff were extremely helpful and polite.

We read a lot of reviews online before deciding on a base in Krakow and the Hotel M29 was a perfect base. We stayed in room 502, top floor and had seen some negative reviews on top floor rooms. The room was fantastic: spotlessly clean, bathroom was huge, great shower ( the only slight niggle, if you’re used to a bath sheet, take your own) tea, coffee making facilities in the room. Lift access. The hotel itself is perfectly located for the Jewish Quarter, 5 min stroll to Plac Nowy and numerous bars and restaurants and 15 min stroll to Stare Miasto ( old town square) even more bars and restaurants. We’ve never stayed at an hotel with staff as polite and friendly as this one. There was nothing too much trouble for them. A credit to the hotel. There is a restaurant within the hotel, however we didn’t use it except for breakfast which was very good. Plenty of choice for those who like an English style or continental style breakfast. Scrambled eggs made to order, fresh coffee and tea, excellent service. Would we stay at this hotel again? In a heartbeat. Highly recommend Hotel M29 to anyone wanting to visit Krakow.

We did a last minute choice to visit Krakow with no prior knowledge of the region. This hotel is clean and smart with lots of mirrors which gives the image of it being bigger than it is as an optical illusion but it doesnt need to be bigger as cosy for what you need. It is based in the Jewish quarter which is vibrant with people, bars, hotels and restaurants, plenty for all to see and do. The hotel reception staff were very nice and informative of surrounding area, trips and very happy to help book anything we needed. Our room was on the 1st floor and was of a good size. The balcony was cute, but no seats on it and you weren’t able to leave doors open due to the noise from the restaurant garden below but apart from that it was good. The beds were twins pushed together to make a queen bed. There is a mini bar in the room for drinks and snacks but there is also a Carrefour on the corner which sells the same drinks, snacks and other bite you make need a lot cheaper. The bathroom was a great size with large tub with bath and shower options, the space in bathroom plenty for your toiletries and bits and pieces. the wardrobe is o good size for clothes with shelves and hanging room, it includes a safe and iron and ironing board inside. Breakfast was included, this was fresh and plenty for all tastes, the scrambled eggs were made to order the reminder hot food was in serving dishes. There was plenty of other fresh option so fruit, porridge, meats cheese, breads etc. Fresh juice plus tea and coffee available. Staff were polite. The room was cleaned and towels changed as and when we asked at other times we left room hanger to say to leave it. We would definitely stay here again when we come to Krakow it is a great location, good base for tourists and you can get to everything with ease such as trams lines, restaurants, Old Town etc.
