Absoulutely fantastic stay People on reception so helpful Food is amazing at breakfast and the choice is brilliant for the price. Ten minute walk to old town but trams and taxis are cheap…use bolt app n get 5 half price taxis which is helpful Room spotless and very warm Free wifi Tv and kettle in room Definately will be back to see what we didnt get time to see this time around. Beds are sooo comfy Best nights sleep ive had in a while Only downside is no lift and stairs are a killer but wont stop us returning will just ask for a lower floor. Nice little garden at back too

Lovely little hotel. Arriving; When you arrive at the hotel, you will need to head a few yards down the road to the Yarden hotel as this is where the main reception is. They are linked by the garden at the back as this is where breakfast is held. Please be aware you cannot check in until 2pm however they will keep hold of your bags so you can wander around. Rooms: Rooms are simple, spacious but nice. We found the beds and pillows so comfy. We had 2 singles beds, one for me and one for my 11 year old. We had no problems and slept so comfortably. The bathroom is also lovely and clean. The shower maybe need a plumber looking at it. There are 2 shower heads and we couldn’t get the big one to work as the pipes were leaking where the water pipe meets the head pipes. But the small head was still sufficient. You can tell the cleaner does an excellent job as whenever we came back the rooms were spotless! Breakfast: Breakfast had a range on display from hot food, cereals, bagels and porridge/oats. Whilst it was a decent spread unfortunately it didn’t cater for my 11 year old fussy eater. But still a lovely spread. Location: Really good location. The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk away from the main square and old town. We were able to walk to most places and if not we used Bolt taxis who were able to pick up and drop off right out side the hotel. Overall a really pleasant stay, would definitely recommend and if visiting Poland again, would look to come back! (Sorry the pictures are blurry, taken from my TikTok video!)

Great Location, great beds, lovely breakfast and the staff are lovely. Highly recommend. Lots of shops and bakery's close at hand, about a 10 minute walk to square. Really enjoyed our time here. Clean rooms, nice bathrooms and plenty of choice on the breakfast.

Very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and airy. Breakfast offered a large, fresh selection of well prepared foods. Plenty of choice. Krakow is a fantastic City for a long weekend or more. Street cafe culture is superb, loads to see and do.

A bit of a disappointment, actually. This hotel is rated a 4* but it really should be 3* at best. The accommodation is tired and dated. Toiletries consist of a 0ne-does-all body/hair wash. There is heating in rooms but no A/C. We had heating switched off and the room was stifling- will be worse in summer months. There is no concierge service, as stated. This is an annexe type property a few doors down from the main Yarden Hotel, where the main reception is.
