I really want to thank our butler, Cindy. She was incredibly thoughtful and took such good care of my child. Thank you so much! This hotel is truly perfect for families with young children.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel's overall design is distinctive, simple yet grand, with high-end art decorations. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout. Located in the south of the city, the high-floor view is amazing, offering sights of the river and Tianfu Avenue. The kids' club is huge, spanning 1000 square meters, with plenty of activities to keep children entertained all day long. Our butler, Carrie, contacted us in advance and prepared toiletries for the children, and also sent us a route map. Although our driver still got a bit lost, Carrie's thoughtful service made our trip much smoother. She even brought us milk in the evening, which was a lovely touch! The only minor issue was that the room lighting was a bit dim, making it hard for my child to do homework. I hope the hotel can improve this. Breakfast was delicious, especially the noodles and pancakes – I had two bowls of noodles myself!

My stay in the private hot spring room at the Gulf Hotel completely exceeded my expectations! The private hot spring experience was fantastic, washing away all my fatigue. The room design was elegant, the bedding incredibly comfortable, and the smart controls along with thoughtful details made the check-in process exceptionally convenient. I must give a special shout-out to the breakfast! The selection was incredibly rich, ranging from authentic Chengdu local snacks to exquisite Western pastries. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors genuine, starting my day full of energy. A big thank you to our butler, Holly, for her attentive and thoughtful care. The Gulf Hotel boasts excellent facilities, and its service is filled with genuine warmth, truly making you feel at home. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!

We are very happy with the services. This is the nicest hotel we stayed in chengdu. There is a free big indoor playground and a shopping mall next to the hotel. My kids enjoyed very much. 小梦is our 管家. She will keep on updating us and we can just text her if we need any assistance. Thanks. The only disadvantage is the location is far from 春熙路. But it's near to 环球中心which is the biggest mall in Chengdu.

The facilities and services were excellent. I stayed in a room with a large hot tub, and the experience was even better than my previous stay at the Waldorf Astoria. The hotel butler was very attentive, and you can tell this is a hotel that genuinely cares. The buffet breakfast was also comprehensive and delicious!

Had a fantastic autumn break with my two kids. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; they had children's amenities ready beforehand and even prepared warm milk for the kids before bedtime. The private hot spring filled up quickly, and we also received complimentary bath salts and traditional Chinese medicine bath bags. The kids absolutely loved the children's play area too.

Our butler, Ella, provided excellent service! She helped us with our luggage and packages, and was always proactive in resolving any issues we had. We were very impressed, it was fantastic!

I have to give five stars to Leon, our butler, and the hotel! Leon proactively contacted us in advance to discuss our check-in needs, meticulously coordinating every arrangement. We didn't have to worry about a thing throughout the process, and when we arrived, we were able to check in comfortably right away. The room itself exceeded our expectations – it was spacious, bright, and spotless, with complete amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we visit!

Upgraded our room for an extra charge, and it was fantastic! There's a private pool in the room – absolutely amazing! The welcome fruit on the first day was fresh and delicious. The 1000 sqm kids' playground was a huge hit with the children. The cocktails at the bar were also great, especially the Cosmopolitan – super smooth and perfect for ladies. The afternoon tea was very generous, with lots of high-quality imported foods, some of which I hadn't tried before, which was a pleasant surprise. Definitely coming back to Chengdu again and again next time, haha!

Extremely satisfied! This is by far the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at in Sichuan. They even have a private butler service. It happened to be my birthday, and the butler surprised me with a cake – I'm so grateful! The hotel facilities are all very new, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and there's a huge kids' playground (over 1000 square meters) on one of the floors. My baby loved going there every day. I'd definitely consider coming back here for our next vacation.

I stayed here once late last year, and the hotel was very new, spacious, clean, and in a great location with a mall nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. That's why my family of three chose to stay here again on our current trip to Chengdu. Before checking in, we had a dedicated butler, Ella, assist us. Since our room only included two breakfasts, we contacted the butler to request an additional one. I especially want to commend the gentleman on the first floor by the hotel entrance who helped us with our luggage to and from the car. Despite the heavy bags, he always had a smile on his face and actively helped guests coming and going, showing great enthusiasm and professionalism. Just around 12:53 PM today, after seeing us off, he immediately turned to help another guest with their luggage. Such a hardworking and dedicated person makes every guest feel at ease from the moment they arrive, and it truly made our stay at the Hyatt Regency worthwhile. I hope the hotel management sees this and recognizes him.

The room was spacious enough for my child to run around and play. The amenities included in our booking were quite extensive. Our butler, Leon, was incredibly attentive and service-minded, even during the National Day holiday when the hotel maintained a high standard of service. As a family-friendly hotel, it's perfect for those with kids. The private hot spring room allowed us to enjoy water play without leaving the room, and the kids' play area was great for burning off their energy. They even had engaging daily parent-child classes. The hotel is conveniently located right above a Grand Shopping Mall, making getting around very easy. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. Overall, it was a truly excellent stay!
