Heating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

Super central location in the old city of Krakow. Walking straight out in the main streets of old city. Cosy a**osphere, and quick service when needed. We have enjoyed our stay here in wonderful Krakow. Reccomend a visit to the salt Minds, amazing place.

Very nice room in the heart of town, in one of the main streets. Excellent for the position, efficient service and we found it at very good price. I recommend it for tourists who wants to enjoy the city and have only few days. Nice pillows, it offers some coffee and tea.

Excellent location, right on the square!! Walk down from the apar**ent and you are about 100-200 yards away from the Square. Apar**ents were spotlessly clean and large enough for a few people per room. Great place and staff were friendly and helpful!

Very central location, the apar**ent was near to everything you need. Carefour express just outside the door and good connections with the local traffic. Fresh and clean rooms with enough space for two persons. Great storage opportunities and a mini fridhemsplan. Recomend!

This hotel was a great find! Its location in the city center made it super convenient for exploring. The prices were really affordable, and the rooms were kept really clean. Checking in was a smooth process, which made the whole experience hassle-free. I definitely plan on staying here again next time I'm in town!

My room was in a charming classic building, yet equipped with all essential amenities, it offered a cozy retreat after a day of exploration. Its prime location in Kraków's historic Old Town facilitated easy access to iconic landmarks, bustling markets, and authentic dining experiences, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Nice property, excellent location, value for money. Clear communication: They even let me check in a little early. Would definitely come back if I'm in Krakow Location is just next to the square, you won't need any public transportation..

Stayed for short break, Central location, metres from Main Square comfortable and clean would recommend, good location and near tram stop. Coffee shops, bars and restaurants close but along with convenience stores for water and essentials.
