Hotel dengan Pengambilan dari hotel di Krakow

When we arrived at the hotel both myself and my partner were disappointed Firstly we were expecting a room with a view what we actually got was a room overlooking a street with a tramline so you can imagine the noise ! When we spoke with reception she told us yes because we booked through a travel company rather than directly booking with the hotel there was no option for us to be moved unless we were going to pay a further £100 per night for the duration of our stay. On arrival also I noticed that the towels provided had lipstick marks on them( I didn’t mention this to reception ) we just used the other towel expecting a clean set the following day, this wasn’t the case we still had the dirty towel and the one we’d used hadn’t been changed either … When mentioning this to the hotel they did provide clean towels when we returned that evening but the dirty towels remained ( I don’t know if this is the case in Poland I’m not sure what the standard is but our beds weren’t made neatly just pulled over, the bin was emptied daily but no fresh toiletries, toilet roll or towels provided unless we asked for. We also didn’t find the staff friendly no interaction at all !! And trust me when I say I’m not one to complain or make a scene. Good points about the hotel- it was in a good location a little out the way (away from the hustle of the square but a 5 minuet taxi journey into the main square / or a 20 Ish minuet walk along the river to the square. The spa was nice and the massage was fantastic and very reasonable compared to Uk prices. I wouldn’t stay here again :( Expected more Not that we spent anytime in the hotel but I wouldn’t return. ALSO TIP anyone visiting Poland download bolt app ( taxi service ) we got a taxi from airport when we arrived it cost 150 Using a bolt taxi it cost us 40 ( we were 20 ish minuets away from airport ) Defo use the bolt app !!

I was very apprehensive about staying here after reading some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised. We had a lovely large corner room with views overlooking the city, it was clean and tidy and we couldn’t have asked for more for what we paid. Great location and lovely staff. Don’t read the reviews and make your own opinion

Wielopole Hotel is my absolute favourite Hotel in Krakow!!! I come here every year since 2013 with a group of 30 person. Every year all in group are very satisfied with service and rooms at Wielopole. Staff is sooooo friendly and helpful. Hotel is also very good value for money! And The location is perfect, a few minutes walk to old city and a few minutes walk to Kazimierz!! I warmly recommend the Hotel!!! 😃👍🏼🏨

This is a wonderful hotel located in the city centre within walking distance of everything. Although my room was on the street side, the windows are heavy enough to prevent street sounds and I slept without any problem. The rooms are spacious, clean and include a mini-fridge. I had breakfast a few times and it was good - hot and cold foods with lots of choices of pastry, fruit and breads. The hotel staff were excellent. One person in particular (I am sorry I didn’t get his name) went above and beyond with service. I was scheduled to take a train to Prague but due to the floods, the Polish trains and buses were not travelling to the Czech Republic. He was extremely helpful in assessing my situation and finding other options for travel. In the end, he booked a private driver for myself and 2 friends and we went to Prague. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Krakow.

Loved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.

First review on TripAdvisor, as felt had to thank the hotel for such a lovely stay. The room was spotless, large and the bathroom had a bath and a shower (that worked really well). The room was quiet and on the 4th floor with a nearby lift. (My 73 year old, disabled mother could have stayed here easily too). The staff were friendly and efficientl. I was worried as I didn't have any Polish, but they were more skilled than me and could speak English really well. We had breakfast one day which was varied and plentiful and in a lovely breakfast room. We didn't get down to breakfast the other two mornings as the beds were so comfortable! I wish we could have bought the pillows! Hotel building and fixtures are traditional, which is why we chose it and it didn't disappoint. Mini fridge in room. Perfect position, 5 mins from the Jewish Quarter and 20 mins from the Old Town. 5 minutes from a train station, 1 minute from a tram stop. Parking (for hired ebikes and scooters just round the corner). Luggage room for when you check out. All in all, if / when we visit Krakow again, we will be staying here.

Na plus: miła i pomocna obsługa, pyszne urozmaicone śniadania, strefa fitness i basenowa kameralna ale nie zatłoczona, miła odskocznia po wieczornym spacerze, sauny i jacuzzi cudowne. Hotel oddalony jest od rynku o około 2,4 km spacerkiem, w piękne dni świetna opcja na trochę ruchu, dla osób które nie lubią spacerować będzie to oczywiście delikatny kłopot.
