Ulasan Trip Inn Hotel Krefeld

Alles soweit ok, das Frühstückszimmer sehr dunkel, habe auf das Frühstück verzichtet. Das Bett für das Einzel ist viel zu schmal. Ich brauche zwar kein 140er Bett, aber beim Umdrehen hatte ich Sorge aus dem Bett zu fallen. Warum so schmal in einem grossen Zimmer und was für ein komisches Bett, wie eine Campingliege???

Aceptable, cerca de la estación de trenes, hotel viejo y mal estado, olor a tuberias, personal del desayuno muy amable.

am 27.10.2022 habe ich 1 EZ im Hotel vom 12.11.2022 auf 13.11.2022 gebucht. und ja, ich habe den Preis ohne Stornierung bzw. Umbuchung genommen. am 04.11.2022 hatte ich einen Unfall. Meine Reise nach Krefeld konnte ich somiit nicht antreten. Eine Rücksprache mit Trip Inn hat ergeben, dass ich keine Rückerstattung erwarten könne. Ich hatte auf eine kulante Regelung gehoft - leider nein. Somit kann ich keine positive Bewertung abgeben.

booked here twice because of location. stayed both times for about 7 days. The service is very rude. when you ask them if they washed the floor (because you see they didn't) they look at you like at a piece of sh*t and then they come and clean "one more time" in 1 mop entire room. very dirty. bad cleaning. 1 bucket of water for the entire hotel to wash. VERY VERY unpolite service.

Total disappointment in this hotel, I do not recommend it. Very bad smell, cigarette smell in the rooms. The staff were very rude, aggressive, we had to ask them to clean once more every day, with a wet mop they once washed the bathroom, bedroom and hall. The lady at breakfast is very aggressive. Don't waste your money on this miserable hotel.

Bardzo brudny pokój, łazienka brudna, włosy na wannie i w odpływie. Brak jednorazowych mydeł, szamponów itp. Dziwny zapach unosi się w korytarzach hotelu .Brak wykwalifikowanej kadry to upadek w tej branży. W skali od 1 do 10 ? -2.
