One of the best hotels we stayed in Germany. We stayed in the tower room with a big balcony and great view.

住很舒服，唯獨沒有任何设施

During our stay at this hotel, we found the experience enjoyable but fell short of the five-star service that the price would suggest. Upon arrival, the doorman promptly offered to handle our luggage, and the check-in process was smooth. We had two rooms, each furnished with antique pieces, although some chairs were uncomfortable and in need of reupholstering. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-appointed with plenty of character. The complimentary minibar was a nice touch but notably lacked alcohol, which is unusual for a five-star establishment. Unfortunately, our initial impression was marred by discovering an item of clothing left by a previous guest in the wardrobe. The balcony, contrary to the promotional images, was quite small. When attempting to book a table at the restaurant, we were frustrated to learn it was fully booked despite our status as hotel residents. This led us to dine at the bar, which was closed for meals but still serving drinks outside. This area was pleasant, accessed through a beautifully set-up library, although it appeared to be prepared for a wedding. Service was friendly yet slow, and the bar did not have the wine we wanted, despite it being listed on the menu. The menu itself was limited, though the food quality was very good. Although we noticed proper dining tables, we were told they were part of the fully booked restaurant and remained empty all night. This forced us to eat at a low table, which was not ideal. It seemed the hotel was understaffed, which detracted from the premium experience expected. Breakfast the following day was somewhat confusing. Guests were encouraged to eat outside on a lower level, while the buffet was upstairs behind the main restaurant. We chose to eat in the main restaurant, which, despite its beauty, felt quite dark. We requested to move near a window and were eventually accommodated after offering to set the table ourselves. The champagne was bitter, but overall, breakfast was excellent except for a nearly flavorless omelet. Checkout was friendly and efficient. Overall, we liked the hotel, but it needs to improve staffing to ensure service matches the price. Additionally, the restaurant reservation process needs addressing to prevent guest disappointment. We would consider returning once these issues are resolved.

This was our final stay before heading back to the US and we loved everything about our stay here. The building and the grounds are historic and lovely. We loved our corner room with a little balcony, it was extremely cozy and comfortable. Really enjoyed the food here (and the lovely bar) especially the delicious breakfast. We also had a great time walking through the grounds and the nearby park into Kronberg. Wonderful place!

Absolutely fantastic. I never thought there is even a chance to stay at a castle for several days! Fantasy experience but in real life that you absolutely should try out. Very cozy place, ethereal hallways, fantastic restaurant, service is absolutely on top. You can feel that you're in the castle even inside, imagine how much effort it takes to care for everything! Amazing, would highly recommend, experience absolutely worths it. I took my husband and my best-friend to join me in this experience, we even had an option to have a whole separate room for our friend inside of the hotel room✨

We love touring the castles, palaces, and chateau's, making getting to actually stay in one a fabulous experience. The Schlosshotel is incredibly convenient to Frankfurt Airport: a very easy twenty minute drive. It's a great place from which to tour the region: downtown is a half an hour drive, and the towns on the Rhine forty five minutes. The hotel's dining room serves up fabulous meals, and tea and pastries in the main hall with its fireplace is a wonderful way to complete a perfect afternoon.

My wife and I went and stayed at the Schlosshotel as a romantic getaway and boy was it ever!!! The staff is so nice and accommodating and the actual hotel is like a fairy tale. you can walk around the grounds and explore the castle as well as the grounds. The scenery inside and out are amazing and everyone from the staff would ask us if they could help with anything ALL the time. All of our needs were met, like snacks, food, drinks and the breakfast buffet is top notch. the food is stellar and dining room was both opulent and cozy at the same time.
