Hotel Two Mermaids Ksamil

Horrible hotel. The worst hotel I have ever been.One star review is too much for them.In my opinion is overrated in booking.The pictures of the hotel are like using filters on Ugly Betty face. Sheets and towels were with stains and dirty. Bathroom is very small and old fashioned. Location is uphill which was hard to walk. We asked for compensation because we didn’t like the hotel and wanted to leave ASAP but they asked us to cancel booking in order to avoid our bad review and they were going to return our money back, which didn’t happen..They gave us half of the money even though we left. Sneaky people to deal with, very disrespectful service.The price was extremely expensive compered to what they offer.I wouldn’t pay even half of the money for that room. Worst experience ever. Disgusting 🤮 🤮🤮

this is the worst hotel I have been🤮🤮🤮 And the owner is the scam, he said he will return the money as we have walked out immediately, and from then he is not anwsering anymore... Be aware of this one, there a lot of nice hotels near for the less money!!!

L'hotel , contrariamente a quanto dichiarato sul suo sito, non accetta carte di credito. Questo comporta il ricorso al prelievo di contanti, che in Albania prevede commissioni assurde del 10-15%.il contesto non è dei più felici: strada sterrata, intorno edifici lasciati a metà, cantieri, mucchi di spazzatura, capre che razzolano qua e là. L'unica spiaggia vicina è di terra battuta ricoperta di un sottile strato di sabbia bianca, piena zeppa di ombrelloni a pagamento e suddivisa da cancellate in legno, tanto che non è possibile neppure passeggiare da un settore all'altro. Il mare è infestato anche a pochi metri da riva da motoscafi e moto d'acqua senza alcuna misura di sicurezza per i bagnanti. Puzza di benzina persistente sulla battigia. A conti fatti la vicina Corfù è più accogliente, offre un ambiente più pulito a prezzi ormai simili o di poco superiori a quelli albanesi.
