Hotel Kuala Kuantan dengan Sarapan

Keadaan bilik bersih ok je..parking susah sikit sampai sy kena saman rm30..sepatutnya pihak hotel dh ada parking rezab siap²..ni sampai kena beli kupon..blik tingkat 13 satu hal naik turun lif makan masa..sabun pakai picit dh tkde dlm plastik tu kira okla memudahkan..blik air sempit..tekanan air sgt baik laju..lagi 1 aircond tk sejuk langsung..baik tkde dari ada..lagi baik pakai kipas dari aircond hidup segan mati tk mahu tu..kira okla nk menginap 1 malam je..siaran tv dh mcm tahun 90an langsung tk hd..mcm tv lama..better cari hotel lain(cadangan sy)

Semua ok kecuali 2 je. 1- lantai tile,bangun pg sejuk xleh jln woo..kena sediakan selipar yg kebanyakan hotel kt cameroon buat.baru selesa.nak tukar pakai carpet modal besar lak.😅 2-room servis.hanya pegi tukar towel dan tp4 air mineral je..cadar xtukar dan katil xkemaskan..xnak tukar xpe asal kemaskan je..😅😅..sb hotel **intang pon dia kemas.😅 Tp servis lain superb👍👍.lagi2 servis kaunter dan ballroom.👍👍

Tempat yang bagus untuk memulakan tahun baru! Pantai yang indah, hari yang cerah dan bilik yang bersih. Sarapan adalah mengikut citarasa kami. Sarapan pagi hari kedua sedikit berbeza daripada hari pertama, jadi anda boleh mencuba perkara baru. Perkhidmatan adalah terbaik. Merancang untuk perjalanan seterusnya!

8-10/7/2022 • Stay masa Raya Haji 2022 Bilik • Booked twin beds / queen bed ikut availability tapi rezeki dapat jugak queen bed, thanks! Bilik bersih, view Sungai Kuantan & Masjid Negeri, siap ada balkoni boleh hi tea pepetang, best! Selesa sangat untuk kami berdua, will repeat! Food • Breakfast sabtu dan ahad tak sama, best! Walaupun pilihan sgt limited tapi yg disediakan pun sedap sangat! Nasi lemak sabtu, nasi hujan panas hari ahad siap ada nasi impit & kuah kacang. Sedap sangat! Parking lot depan lobby je, berpagar, sangat mudah nak park. Staff ramah, available 24 hrs. Ahad pagi kami jalan kaki je ke masjid negeri untuk solat sunat aidiladha, dekat dgn Kula Cakes, eh semua dekat! Jalan kaki je. Thank you Mega View Hotel Kuantan, recommended and will repeat!

Hotel lama yang masih elok ruang bilik yang luas aircond sejuk ada 🛁 sesuai dengan harga rahmah sangat mudah di cari berada di tengah pusat bandar kuantan

Bayar utk bilik lain tapi dapat bilik lain. Staff ada yg tak pro-aktif. Mcm malas dan blur. Sampah @ tray makanan yg diletak tepi pintu bilik lambat diangkat, tak diambil smpai berhari bermalam. Chef mcm tak berapa suka duduk kat booth makanan. Bila nak order masak/makanan takde.. sekali nak oder baru datang ke booith. Asyik nak kena panggil je. Time check out nak keluar main lobby dan turun tangga utk tunggu kereta takde yg ramah nak tegur tanya @ tolong angkat beg padahal depan mata diorang je. Sendirilah angkat turun tangga dan masukkan beg yg besar + barang2 ke dalam kereta. Ubahlah tabiat kerja yg tak cekap. Hargailah rezeki kerjaya. Ceria dan mantaplah melaksanakanlah tanggung-jawab anda dgn efisyen. Terima kasih.

Arrived at the guesthouse for check in quite late at mid nite. Booked for 2 rooms and requested for side-by-side rooms or very near to each other. At 1st they wanted to allocate at 2 different places which I declined. Finally, only given rooms facing slightly each other. Was informed beforehand that water heater in one of the rooms does not work, so…have to accept since we have no other choice. Have to enter different entrance from the reception area to get to our rooms as this place is of shoplots building. No lifts & have to walk up the staircase which is also not clean properly. Rooms condition are bad & not clean properly. Curtain and it’s railing are about to collapse! Linens & bedsheets have visible stains with a few ink/pen scratches on a few spots. Towels are faded with a few have holes on them. Phones in the room didn’t work or no connection to reception when tried to complain. As we are tired and lazy to go down to reception, we tried calling the reception many times using own phone but nobody bothers to pick up. At last, we use the towel and our own shirts as linen to cover the dirty linen. Lock (inside & outside) at toilet Door is broken & main entrance door only use the doorknob lock in one of the rooms. Leakage on the bottom part of the sink. Found left over rubbish in plastic bag from previous tenant(?) maybe behind the bedside table. What a mess we are in! Rooms equipped with TV but only a few channels are accessible. No fridge, provide with jug ( but you have to go down to pantry area located next to reception to get hot water) & 2 mugs. No tea/coffee/sugar & mugs have lipstick stain on them. Wifi service is stated as available but you can’t get connection from the rooms area actually…so don’t bother & dont waste time trying to get the connection. Will not stay at any of the Sun Inns chain in future.

Although a little on the pricey side per night rate, my fmly and I overall enjoyed our 2 night stay at The Colony. I was pleasantly surprised how clean and new looking this place was. Not run down at all despite having opened for about 5 years now I think. Very well maintained which made our stay very comfortable. We like how industrial and modern looking this whole place is. Water pressure in the bathroom was good, bed linen was clean, amenities were well replenished, swimming pool was rather small but clean and decent enough to keep the kids happy. One thing weird though was that we were given 2019 dated green tea sachet but it’s already 2022 now. Receptionist said it’s actually the date of manufacturing rather than the expiry date but we didn’t want to take the risk so we didn’t consume it. And the amount of soap and shampoo given were probably too little in small slim bottles. Bathroom was a little clogged after our shower. But everything else were fine and nice. I guess the sound proof was alright as there was no noisy disturbances from other rooms. So we had uninterrupted sleep. This guesthouse has two storeys with 8 rooms in total. 4 at the top and 4 at the bottom. All in all thumbs up and if given the chance and having to travel to Kuantan again we would be more than happy to be back here to stay.

Ini adalah hotel yang kami menginap setiap kali kami berada di Kuantan kerana lokasi dan kebersihannya. Namun baru-baru ini hotel telah menaikkan harga tanpa sebarang kemudahan yang lebih baik. Tiada tuala tangan dan sabun di dalam bilik mandi untuk mencuci tangan. Ia masih sebuah hotel yang bersih dan asas

Ok la. Dekat dengan tempat makan. Banyak kedai bawah2 tu. Ada bilik utk iron, ada 3 iron tp hanya satu je boleh guna.. dah kena beratur tunggu iron. Bilik ok la. Biasa je janji blh tdr.
