Room was clean and nicely furnished. Fan did not work in the room and so had to slide the window open. For safety, windows had a stopper which is, of course, necessary. Windows could be updated though. We did not use the hotel facilities or restaurant. Location was excellent for our needs that weekend.+

A single issue can significantly detract from the overall experience, overshadowing the hotel's positive attributes, such as its location and the city's appeal. The room's cleanliness did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment. Despite presumed cleaning efforts, the room exhibited persistent uncleanliness. Evidence of this is readily apparent; for example, personal items left on surfaces, such as an iPad, mobile device, or dark-colored clothing, quickly accumulated dust or grime. Photographic evidence further substantiates this claim. Upon departure after a two-night stay, we attempted to address this concern with the reception. However, instead of offering an apology, the staff questioned our delay in reporting the issue and offered a complimentary coffee as compensation. How funny.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

We stayed for 4 nights and the location is perfect. It's in between two metro stations, both are about 6-7 mins walk (Champ de Mars, and Saint Laurent) depends which line you are in. We arrived by train and took the metro at Bonaventure (this is connected to the Central station: ”Gare Centrale”) and arrived at Champ de Mars. There is a supermarket 5 mins away (”IGA”) and the airport bus station is by the hotel. Chinatown is 7 mins away and make sure you visit Sammi dumplings. There is a food court (”Le Central”) 5 mins away although we found it slightly expensive. The Old Port of Montreal and Notre-Dame Basilica are about 15 mins away from the hotel. Facilities: As a number of people said, the rooms are quite basic and need a lot of uplift. Our room doesn't have any sofa (which was different from the pictures here) but functional so there is no complain. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. We cooked our dinner twice. Staff and service: all staff are friendly and very helpful, gave advice on directions and always have a smile.

Very good location in the heart of downtown we don’t have a hard time to find places in downtown,, once that you step out in the hotel you are already in downtown area , very easy access in the bus from the airport and easy walking distance in the metro ,, highly recommended, staff are so friendly and helpful, I will definitely recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit Montreal,

Loved our stay here, yeah it's a bit dated but the bed was comfortable, the shower was brilliant and the room/suite was huge with everything you could need. All the staff on the front desk were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable (they foresaw our delayed suitcase would come the day after we were told). Breakfast was good with a nice selection and the location is great for the airport bus, old town and downtown. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully when it's a bit warmer 🥶

We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.

Travelodge Montreal Centre is ideally located, close to many interesting neighborhoods. The room is spacious and clean. The included Continental Breakfast is a great way to get started in the morning. The optional underground parking is convenient. Travelodge offers excellent value and a great stay experience!

I was really surprised by this hotel. The hotel is small and not in the centre but it is well located, you can walk to the centre or take the metro (there’s a station really netas the hotel), and it was a really good value for money. The staff is nice, speak English and French and were really helpful. The room was big enough for the 3 of us and had all amenities needed. The view… well, it was for the other rooms so we just kept the curtains closed. There is a living room with coffee for guests that I liked. Breakfast was also better than I was expecting and we just got our drink from the lounge and took to the breakfast room. It’s a simple breakfast but had scrambled eggs, fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal… They don’t have parking but there’s a car public park 2 minutes away. We left the car there and walked to the old Montreal.

The best hotel for the price. The room was huge compared to other hotels. Everything was perfect. I found the best place to stay whenever I’ll have to visit my parents in Brossard. The breakfast is included in the price as well.
