Room is classic and modern. Bed is comfortable with fluffy pillows. Provide unlimited drinking water. Operates like many hotels in China. However, the cleanliness of the room needs to be greatly improved. Strains of hair and dust are all around the corner and seating area in the room. Floor is very sticky. Cleaners need to work harder.

Clean and big twin room. Very comfy stay. Love the Hamburger Donkai Restaurant at ground floor too. Walking distance to popular spot in Bukit Bintang

The location is good, close to mrt. Walking distance to local food Jalan Alor. Hotel provide mineral water & amenities at lobby which is good. However, the sound proof is terrible. (I got a connecting room although I don’t need it). Can hear next door tv and talking sound clearly, which affect my rest time. Toilet is big, however don’t have any place to hand the clothes and towel. Overall, room is clean but don’t have a make up mirror. And room is in dim light , not bright

Beautiful room, nice bed and pillows. Good water pressure. Even tho the walls are solid, still can hear the streets and my room was facing the back alley. Also still can heard people laughing and banging stuff. Location is right in the middle to Bukit Bintang. Good for first time goers to KL. But too jam already. Very very very bad traffic. But otherwise, all is pretty okay.

Room using pin to key in instead of key card so abit of troublesome. Doesn't have shower screen so whenever you shower floor will get wet. The rest all good.

The location is good for people who like to stay near the market, restaurants & shopping malls. Staff are good 👍. The only thing which I didn't like was the toilet slide glass door it was having big gaps on 4 sides, and odour would come inside a room. Also, it was visible that someone could see inside the toilet. I was alone in my room, it was fine. Otherwise, if they rectify by joining the gap with a rubber, it will solve the issue. Breakfast hasn't got a good choice. Nothing is there. it's better to have outside

Location is good. Price point is pocket friendly. If you want bougie but on a budget, this is the hotel. The bed is super comfy and amenities pretty good.

This hotel has a fantastic location, just steps away from Jalan Alor's vibrant street food scene and a short walk from Sungei Wang Plaza's shopping delights. The room was comfortable for sleeping, but be aware that it might get noisy at night due to the bustling street outside. Unfortunately, the soundproofing could be better, which might be a drawback for some guests. On the plus side, the room decor was stylish and modern, with a particularly impressive toilet. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it's a solid choice for those who prioritize location and don't mind a bit of noise.

Stayed at Bintang Collectionz Hotel for 3 nights and the room is very clean, stylish, and the bed was incredibly comfy. However, the check-in process took longer than expected, instead of a key card, you need to use a code to access your room. It’s a modern system, but for someone a bit more old-fashioned like me, it felt like a bit of a hassle.

With the price, i cannot complain much. Everything is gd. Location, soundproof, outlook. Only one little prob if i have to pick. My room 401. The shower area will flood and flow out to the toilet. Hopefully staff can fixed the floor trap issues. I didnt report during my stay as its a short stay. Everything else is very good and hotel is clean.

Need to give RM100 as deposit and in cash so that you can get it back in cash when you check out. Else if pay by card, may take up to two weeks to get back. Location is fantastic, near to all the eateries and Jalan Alor food street. No room card, has to key in 7 digit PIN at the door.
