Stayed here with my spouse for a 1 day staycation, and we wished we had stayed here for longer. The living room has adequate sitting area. Tv works great with Netflix, YouTube etc available. The service was thoughtful and asked specifically for a more convenient way to contact me. The view is perfect, can see KL Tower and Twin Tower at the rooftop swimming pool. The inefficient about this location is lack choice for the food, need to walk about 10-15 minutes to the mall (Suria KLCC/Quill Mall). Overall all is good enough.

Business trip to KL, the place far exceeded our expectations. being centrally located, access to various sightseeing locations was easy, restaurants and malls were within walking distance and grab taxis were available around. The fitout in clean and modern and the bathrooms were very clean. The rooftop swimming pool is great place to hang out. Check in and out process was pretty straightforward. I will be recommending this accommodation to my friends and will book again for our next visit!

This apartment located at the fanstatic location, its behind the Renaissance Hotel. It's convenient access to nearby convenience stores and breakfast stalls. But the choice is not much there only one stall available at the morning. The proximity to these amenities ensures a comfortable stay with easy access to everything you need. Unfortunately we didnt manage our time to visit the swimming pool as we only one night stay at here and need to catch flight in the morning. During check in time is crowded at the lobby, need to be patience.

Very well managed and service. There was an issue with the TV but the staff was quick to assist and everything went smoothly thereafter. The accommodation is spacious,very good size for my family of four, all unit is Non-smoking unit. Thats great. The fitness center was well-equipped allowing me to maintain my workout routine. They do provide free parking to the guests. Check in and check out procedure is smooth. Really good choice to overnight here. Recommend it!

The apartment is large, its a modern apartment, very easy to get around. There is fews Shopping center nearby not only KLCC. You can go to bukit bintang area by monorail, its super easy and the station just 5 minutes walk from the apartment, and you can reach Pavilion Bukit Bintang, Berjaya Times Square and etc. They prepared some daily basic need like towel, toothbrush and shower gel/ hair shampoo. The staff is helpful and provide us very clear instructions about check in and check out. The view from the unit is beautiful. Overall, I can recommend it.

During my recent trip to Kuala Lumpur, I had the pleasure of staying at The Platinum 2. It turned out to be an good choice for accommodation. The furniture was modern yet cozy. The kitchen was equipped with simple cutlery’s that allowed us for light cooking. There is a restaurant downstairs serve breakfast buffet. Walkable to KL Tower and Twin Tower. The weather is hot but sometimes its will be raining at the morning. Overall my experience was exceptional.

Enjoyed my trips with my families member. My parents super satisfied with the unit. The only thing is there is no air-conditioning inside the lift. This is quite weird as normally the lift at least will have some air flows, but this is not a big issue for us. It’s about 10-15 minutes walked to KLCC. There is a famous mamak store opposite the KLCC, we had the dinner with the views, just nice 🥰🥰🥰 and the Saloma bridge just behind the Mamak store.

Good apartment with good view. Apartment have prepared all the simple equipment needed such as oven, glasses, plate and washing machine with dryer function. The furniture is simple but modern style. Enjoy the China TV Show in the unit as they do provide the smart TV that can watch Youtube or Netflix. There is 2 building here, the apartment we booked is at The Face Style. At first we are going to another building beside. Overall everything is okay. Definitely will be here again on the next vacation and hope the service will be remain the same as well on the next visit 🤗

The apartment is clean and very spacious for us.The view from the room is soooooo stunning, The location of the hotel is very good the swimming pool is very suitable for check in. About service for me communicated is super duperrrr fast respond from customer service and simple. I will definitely stay here again next time :)) chaosss! ＜3

This hotel was our favourite place over 3 weeks of traveling across Malaysia, we stayed on floor 44 2 bedroom apartment. The views were amazing, overlooking KL. The checking in staff were very helpful and gave us loads of advice of what’s to see in KL. All the TVs were smart TVs so we could stream movies from our phones to them, we even had a movie night and got food and made it in the kitchen. Would recommend this place to everyone! We are booking here again for later in the year!

Highly recommended, good location, nice pool view, big house, excellent customer service(WhatsApp) particularly. Quite impressive with this hotel price.
