Baru-baru ini saya berbesar hati untuk tinggal di hartanah anda yang indah. Tidak dinafikan, kemuncak penginapan saya adalah perkhidmatan pelanggan yang sempurna. Dari saat saya mendaftar masuk, hantarkan kepada saya semua garis panduan dan cara untuk menggunakan pemanas air, penghawa dingin dan lain-lain. Kediaman ini menawarkan pelbagai kemudahan, termasuk kolam renang, gimnasium dan dek langit (ada satu lagi bayaran). katil yang mewah menambahkan lagi kecemerlangan keseluruhan penginapan. Saya dengan sepenuh hati mengesyorkan Imperial Residence kepada sesiapa yang membaca ulasan ini. Terima kasih kerana mencipta pengalaman yang tidak dapat dilupakan, dan saya meneruskan lawatan akan datang.

Smooth luxurious check-in and check out procedure. The attention to details at this Residence was really great. I did expect a little more personalisation considering the ultra luxury status of this brand, but still experience was great. The unit is include washer and dryer, that was really helpful for me to clean all the dirty cloth after Gym. The bedroom is so comfy. The bathtub also part of my favourite for this unit.Highly recommended.

Location : Very Good Service : Good Easy to check in Need to contact host in advanced Room : Clean and secure Facilities : Swimming Pool is superb on the rooftop, however the pool towel is only available for hotel guest. But the price compare to hotel was much more cheaper than it. Overall the stay was satisfied, as we had unforgettable memories in here. Thankiewwww.

Short staycation here to relax myself after a stress work. The hallway to unit is quiet and it’s just nice like hotel. Inside the unit is like home, have kitchen utilities for basic cooking.. it’s not hotel but the residences above the hotel. It’s share building. It’s more worth for it. We enjoy and relax here.

Good location, big unit, well cleaned. Self check in with clear instructions given. The customer service is fast response. Make sure contact them to get the instructions for check in. The pool with good view. Can see twin tower from the unit and the pool side. Enjoy the view with my girlfriend to celebrate my birthday. Will come again next time. Worth with the price.

Good locations with nice view. We have access to the swimming pool and gym. The customer service response fast on WhatsApp. Interior design is simple and modern. We like it very much, Will be back again soon.

The bathtub is one of the main reason we booked and its really nice. The bedroom is very big, the sofa is comfortable. The kitchen have simple stuff for us to cook, but we didnt use it. Washing machine with dryer is super convenient for us.

位置超好、角度看到雙子塔很棒、也在這棟樓倒數 31號、還可以享受看煙花🧨、體驗感滿滿🫢就是倒數時太多人了、人擠人😅 不過目前很滿意。 房東也會盡量協助你 謝啦 ^_^

這是公寓式兩房一廳，性價比高，需要提前聯繫房東來提取入住程序微信或whatapps，也在這棟頂樓無邊泳池打卡。但不可抽煙或帶榴蓮，會被罰款。目前很滿意，會再來。

滿意，感覺是全吉隆坡視野最好的地方，放一張51層拍的圖，下次再來馬來還會住這裏的

兩個家庭帶兩個孩子住了三晚，房間裝修很好哦 離百威年商場步行10分鐘 711步行五分鐘，配套東西很齊全 穿很舒服 中文提示，51層無邊泳池很美 水很乾凈 常温 景色很美～下次還來住

這裏根本不是酒店，是跟酒店在一起的民宿。 預約時候的説明根本沒有提及，有種被欺騙的感覺。 雖然跟酒店在一起，但是不能享受任何酒店的服務，也不能使用酒店的設施，包括露天游泳池。（雖然酒店首頁使用了露天游泳池的照片作為宣傳，但是卻不能使用，完全是欺騙） checkin也沒有工作人員來服務，一直在大廳等了1個多小時，才聯繫上房主發來房間的二維碼，體驗非常糟糕。 房間很寬敞，設備也比較齊全，但是住宿了3天也沒人給更換洗漱用品，浴巾等物品，幾乎就是沒有任何服務。 作為五星級酒店來説，非常不推薦。
