Surrounded with KLCC and KL tower and the view is magnificent

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and friendly service — from the concierge right up to the front office. Kudos to the hotel manager, Ms. Lisa, and her amazing team for the wonderful hospitality during our check-in. The early check-in was a great bonus, and the complimentary parking throughout our stay was much appreciated. Our room was beautiful, vibrant, and offered a lovely view of the KL Tower. I was pleasantly surprised to find the extra bed already prepared well before our arrival — such thoughtful attention to detail! Special thanks to the team member who took my call the night before check-in. She listened attentively to my requests and ensured everything was arranged accordingly, even though I didn’t catch her name. The Front Office and Housekeeping teams were quick to respond to our additional requests for amenities, which added to the overall great experience. My girlfriends and I truly enjoyed our stay at W Kuala Lumpur. Thank you for making it a memorable one!

Our 2 day stay at W was fabulous! We book the Wonderful Room with 2 double bed. During checked in, reception is offering the upgrade to the KLCC tower view. Thank you so much for the extra arrangement. Location : KLCC is just 5mins walk, located at the main city area of KL. We found easy access to every where. Breakfast : Breakfast at FLOCK offering lots of variety and service staffs well trained. Pool and Bar : Small pool but with spectacular view. Food and drinks at the bar we found a little too fancy. But we enjoyed too.

Tested almost all 5 stars in KL. This one is one of the best. Amazing bed, best food I had. Staff is very kind.

Nice location, nice hotel, room is spacious, clean and tidy. The view from the guest room is amazing.

The hotel was good, but there were issues with room upgrades and billing. I will complain to the Marriott Hotel HQ.

I booked the hotel about one month ahead with some listed requests, you guys don’t even look at them. The front desk Chinese lady just told me, we are full on these days. Please don’t teach them tell us this reason anymore. We are not fools.

I booked the suite, unfortunately it wasn’t ready at check-in at 3pm. There was a light broken which they still fixed. The staff really did their best to accommodate me during waiting. They offered high-tea for free while I waited and personally checked up on me. In the end I got another beautiful room, I was really happy with it. The room itself is amazing, food great, all the staff without exception really nice.

Travellers from Indonesia. Stay : 5 Night ( Early Jan 2025 ) Room type : Cool corner king room. I couldn't sleep well, our room was on the 15th floor, above a pub like a discotheque. On New Year's Eve, we heard very loud music from night until morning 😭 The hotel seemed to have made a mistake in giving us this room, because we came as a family, but were given a room where we couldn't sleep well everynight. The room size is approximately 50m2. standard room size. if you are a family with lots of stuff like us, this hotel is not hotel for that. the room size should be OK, but the room design is a bit complicated, so the room becomes cramped. This hotel bed is comfortable and soft, suitable for young people. Room with amazing view : front is twin towers and pool side. And right side view is KL tower. Breakfast : buffet, various types of food, good taste. Perfect location for shopping. across from suria klcc mall , twin tower and aquaria. Left side : Nasi Kandar open 24 Hours. I wont back stay here if im back as family trip.

Nice place

Chose to stay here because wanted to have a twin towers view from the bedroom and not disappointed. All everything were perfect from arrival until departure. Love all the staffs, foods and the room. If have a chance to visit KL again will not hesitate to go back here.
