Ulasan Vio Hotel Sri Petaling

Kakitangan hotel ramah dan sopan. Sayang sekali kebersihan persekitaran hotel tidak sebaik yang sepatutnya. Peralatannya agak kasar dan lama, dan selimutnya kotor. Sistem pancuran mandian di bilik mandi lemah dan aliran air terlalu lemah.

Saya datang untuk mendaftar masuk hanya untuk menyedari mereka menugaskan saya ke katil dua tingkat sebaliknya. Saya menempah dan membayar untuk katil saiz queen dan bilik terlebih dahulu. Dan alasan mereka adalah mereka telah ditempah sepenuhnya dan tiada lagi bilik yang tersedia untuk menampung saya.

Saya sangat seronok tinggal di sini dan ia adalah penginapan yang selesa untuk saya. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu. Saya suka bagaimana mereka menyediakan air botol dan boleh mengisinya semula di lobi. Tempat itu dikelilingi dengan tempat makan yang baik dan juga kedai serbaneka. Tetapi mungkin saya tidak biasa dengan tempat itu, jadi mendapatkan pengangkutan awam agak sukar bagi saya tetapi boleh menggunakan Grab dengan mudah.

Bilik yang cantik

The staffs were very friendly, the location I picked this hotel was very near to the National Stadium Bukit Jalil for my Bruno Mars concert, although its 20mins plus by walking distance but I still prefer to get Grab car much easier and faster to get there Overall the hotel was comfortable to stay in for 3days 2nights for concert, room was okay the only thing is the TV is there but it's not working 🤣, water dispenser need to go to the receptionist counter to fill in and there is no chair for the dressing table 🤣 But yeah overall the service, friendly of staffs very satisfied, just that hope they will do some fixing about the TV, water dispenser and please have the stainless steel body judge kettle in each room, love to visit the hotel again for my next trip 🥰🥰🥰😘🤭🤭🤭🤭

TV in the room is not function..no WiFi..but location is strategic close to the mosque and restaurant..

Good location for the national stadium, bus stop right outside and walking distance. Good selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. Room was tiny but clean and what you would expect for such a low price. Perfect bed for the night.

The cleanliness’s is the worst. The bedsheet got blood stains, hairs is everywhere. The toilet door cannot be close completely. Everywhere the walls, floor have thick moles. I planned to stay for 8hours just to rest up and have dinner around the area, but i did cut it short to 4hours.

a lot of hairs on bed, but the overall hygiene is acceptable if considering it as a hostel. Same for the facility, but the water flow is too small and I can only barely wet my body, which is the only unacceptable part for me. The location and service are ok.

Okay for a quick stay.
