Hotel is very good herry and Allen is so good

The room I booked turn out to be from the nearby hotel (not serviced appartment), was a bit dark and not fresh. But hotel staff was very kind, helpful and supportive

The location is next to the subway, but better than that you can exit the subway and avoid the heat island effect (a killa mos def!!) by passing through a a/c tunnel with upscale (ie expensive) supermarket which will take you out to a mini mall that is literally across the road from Clouds. Then the location = the view (pic), which can be enjoyed by simply turning the sofa to face it (pic). Buuuuut u don't wanna just lounge around all day, so u can use the gym (pic) and after getting all sweaty there is a laundry room with hand wash options— really important if you have sensitive skin (pics). So a lovely stay during crazy hot humid July/August in Shenzhen is possible at Clouds! *Note there is no 'do not disturb' sign to put outside the door to alert house keeping you have bad jet lag/exhausted etc. But there is a Do Not Disturb button (pic) you can turn on.

Nice location, service was great. Room clean and quiet. Will be perfect if they can get the pool and gym access.

Really nice luxurious apartment hotel. Front desk was ok, efficient and cordial if not friendly. They share the building with another Hotel that seems to have similar rooms, but the nicer lobby belonged to the other attached hotel as well as the swimming pool/gym. Even though this listing shows swimming-pool/gym, the front desk told me that it actually belongs to the other hotel and due to a "conflict", we could not use it. Seems like false advisement to me. :( I still enjoyed my stay mainly due to the modern well decorated room, and beautiful views, that is kept in great shape by the cleaning staff. The location could not get any better with a subway entrance about 30 ft from the door, and lots of restaurant options nearby. It is a short walk to Sea World (a sea themed upscale shopping mall). I would give this hotel 5 points on everything if it weren't' for the inability to access a promised feature (Swimming-pool/gym)

Very nice place. Such a big apartment and fully equipped rooms. Also good location near water show. Good breakfast included also ok! Only pool Is not working, better to know it before

Hotel rooms are checked in at the Grade Hotel while apartments are checked in at the Clouds Apartment. I booked a room at the Grade Hotel and everything looked really old and run down. Not worth the price.

My daughter really like the kids play facilities on lobby area. That's really good for family tour customer.

Nice and convenient place to stay as it’s close to the station and sea world. But was a bit disappointed that the big gym could only be used by residents there and not by short stay guests, as this wasn’t stated on the page when booking.

The hotel is close to everywhere: food, shopping, Sea World. It is very clean with great service. Impressed by the humanized robot delivering food, merchandise to my room. Would go back again.

Friendly staffs and good size apartment for family. Convenience location from nearby sightseeing.
