first of all..the location to crowd and i have a problem to park my car at the basement..the road to close and difficult to enter the car at the basement..more than that..the room so close at the lift and noisy when to many people talking during at midnight..the warm water no to hot when want to bath

This hotel located in a great spot with okay-okay facilities . During our visit the rooftop pool and gys closed for renovation. too bad. But every interesting place here relatively walking distance. I love it.

1. I had a great experience at this hostel. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were always ready to help. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. 2. The hostel exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service, clean facilities, and a convenient location close to everything. I’d stay again without hesitation. 3. Very peaceful place, perfect for travelers. The WiFi is strong, the bathrooms are clean, and the staff go the extra mile to make you feel at home.

The room is okay, although could use a bit of a refurb. Hotel is in great location in Chinatown, but the reception staff could have been more friendlier.

Basic clean room suitable for tourists as a transit hub due to its strategic location. It was my favorite choice of accommodation in KL. Nonetheless, sadly, in the recent months till to-date, it was noted that many trans in this hotel as a hub for their activities ! I am sure the management must be aware of such happenings but condoned to it. There is a need to step up compliance, before the image of this hotel got tarnished as a tourist class standard.

A huge surprise on the glass bathroom. But the room is very clean. Great location, really. The best part of this hotel is it's roof-top pool!!!

Great location. Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Nice rooftop pool. We booked a no window room which was fine but it had a musty smell and no air in/out. The ac was very cold, but also didn’t have a setting for slightly warmer.

Is normal hotel. Location is good nearby China Town and a lot of foreigners are there.

Located near Central market. It's clean, service is good. Just note that noise isolation might not be that good

Great value for money, highly recommended! It's super convenient and close to all the must-see spots, perfect for budget travelers. The place is clean, and it's easy to hail a taxi. The location is absolutely fantastic, definitely worth recommending!

Good place and close to mousque

Near to all attraction places by walk. If you are driving, the car park was actually quite challenge to drive down but its free 😂

Strategic location, clean room and bathroom.
