Very good location, very convenient, near to China Town...

Just ok, lobby nice, worth money, and location quite ok. Can come again

The room is a little small but comfy. For me its really good as we only need to lay down for a bit. Overall the cleanliness and the hotel is very easy to locate. And the best of it all is the hotel is in close proximity with all the place of interest. Do consider this hotel if you want to stay in city centre and pay less money compared to other hotels or resorts nearby.

This is a 3 stars hotel, not 4 stars hotel, do not be misled by the stars....

Clean hotel takes 20 minutes from airport walking distance to tourist spots

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. Specially the Pakistani man and the Malay lady very helpful But they don’t have coffee inside the room

Reception staffs were courteous and polite. Fast check in and check out services. Room is well maintained and clean. Room rate is very reasonable. Hotel location is within walking distance to Pasar Payang.

The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning. However, the front desk staff were unfriendly and lacked proper customer service skills.

Everything good. Clean hotel and toilet. I surely will came to this hotel again 👍🏼
