My colleagues and I went to EryabySuria over the weekend for a business trip. From the exterior I can say that the hotel has been around for sometime. The check-in was a breeze. My room (G9), was clean and modestly well kept. ROOM: Like mentioned before it was modest, furnitures were dated but still functional. The bathroom was ok, if I can say so. MEETING ROOM: It was ok. Although as a note for the future, the hotel should have a label for each meeting groups for the coffee breaks. Our coffee breaks table was set up outside the meeting room without any labelling or signs. The hotel's guest ended up assuming the food was prepared by the hotel as a complimentary. We ended up not having enough food for us. The air-conditioning in the meeting room (Cengkih) can be improved. It was not as cold as we expected it. Perhaps a little bit of maintenance would do the trick. COFFEE HOUSE: It was simple and clean. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Although the management should consider of adding a few more tables so there would be enough seats for the hotel's guests, especially during breakfast. The food spread was just 'ok'. SWIMMING POOL: It was clean and decently sized. Although if I may suggest the management could add pool chairs and tables for the guests. OVERALL: I have high hopes for the hotel. Moving forward, the hotel should begin upgrading the hotel's exterior and facilities. With new hotels and airbnbs opening around the area, the hotel should be amongst the frontrunners to be the choice of tourists and visitors. I wish the hotel all the best for the future and hope this review helps.

My wife and I stayed here in October for an overnight staycation. For the high price paid, we expected much better. After all, the price is equivalent to a 5-star hotel in KL. The villas look quaint from the outside, but inside they are EXTREMELY dated - The decor is straight out of the early 80's, before my wife was even born ! The bathrooms are in a state of disrepair. You can't take a shower without the water backing up through the toilet and making loud glugging noises. The water took forever to drain from the sink, presumably clogged with decades of hair. Several lights in the room were not functioning and the safe box was totally broken. The only modern thing in our room - a large flat screen TV, is connected to an old-style Astro satellite box with only a few channels subscribed. Unfortunately the 'traditional' wooden sofa was as hard as a board, so uncomfortable to watch TV for long. The bed - set up as a mock four-poster - was fairly comfortable, mattress a bit too hard for my tastes; but we slept well, particularly with no outside noise. Luckily, the aircon was working very well . A kettle is provided, and there is a refrigerator in the room which (eventually) keeps drinks cold. Take note that only two small bottles of water are provided. Also provided are some sachets of no-name coffee, and tiny bottles of no-name shampoo/shower gel (it appears to be the same stuff inside each!); So make sure to bring your own. The small pool was adequate, dark, and actually resembled a fish/turtle pond rather than a plunge pool. The main pool of the hotel is a different story: It appears to have been recently modernised and is wonderful. Better still, we stayed mid-week so there were no noisy local families & kids. We had it pretty much to ourselves. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. A very limited selection compared with Holiday Villa Langkawi where we have stayed many times previously. Went for dinner in the restaurant, and our first choice for meals and drinks were 'finished already'. The satay was terrible, and the milkshakes were straight out of a bottle. I really hope that HV now spend some money to modernise these overpriced villa rooms, and improve their F&B offerings. Won't hurry back until they do.

Saya telah menempah bilik jenis Garden Villa dari Trip.Com . Apabila tiba di resort untuk daftar masuk, pihak resort memberitahu bahawa tidak ada bilik jenis Garden Villa yang boleh dimasuki kerana telah penuh, lalu pihak resort menggantikan bilik saya dengan bilik superior biasa. Saya tidak pasti kesilapan ini datang dari pihak resort atau Trip.COM. Apa yang pasti, isteri saya kecewa, datang jauh-jauh, tapi tak dapat bilik yang dia tempah. MENGECEWAKAN! Sekian terima kasih.

Keseluruhan kesan, hotel resort yang sangat bagus, sangat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga. Pertama sekali, izinkan saya bercakap tentang bilik Ia tidak besar, tetapi ia mempunyai semua yang anda perlukan dan agak padat. Boleh diterima. Balkoninya bagus, anda boleh menikmati pemandangan dan angin laut. Sangat selesa. Kelemahannya ialah katilnya terlalu kecil, mungkin hanya 0.8 meter. Selepas mendaftar masuk, saya melihat pengenalan Ctrip dan ia berkata 0.8-1.3 meter. Saya merasakan pelbagai perubahan adalah besar, anak perempuan saya jatuh di bawah katil pada malam pertama. Keesokan harinya semasa sarapan pagi, saya bertemu dengan Marsya yang bertanyakan pendapat tetamu dan saya berbincang dengannya. Tanpa diduga, terdapat sebuah katil kecil di bilik tetamu pada sebelah petang, yang membuatkan saya tidur lebih lena pada beberapa hari berikutnya. Terima kasih yang ikhlas kepada pihak hotel atas maklum balas yang positif. Bagi kemudahan, hotel ini mempunyai tiga kolam renang, taman permainan kanak-kanak, gelanggang tenis dan gim. Pantai juga hanya beberapa langkah jauhnya. Sangat sesuai untuk percutian keluarga. Sebelum ke sini, saya fikir hotel berusia 10 tahun akan kelihatan usang, tetapi saya tidak sangka ia dijaga dengan baik. Sangat berpuas hati. Sarapan harian juga termasuk makanan Cina, Melayu dan India. Sangat kaya. Ia boleh memenuhi keperluan pelancong yang berbeza. Terutamanya jus tembikai yang baru diperah sangat menakjubkan, dan kanak-kanak meminumnya dengan banyak setiap hari. Di samping itu, kek kecil setiap hari hampir tidak pernah berulang selama beberapa hari penginapan. Chef sangat prihatin. Penginapan kami bertepatan dengan Tahun Baru Cina, dan sebagai tambahan kepada hiasan ***a Cina, hotel ini juga mengadakan tarian singa dan aktiviti menghiris ikan. Marilah kita merasai adat resam Tahun Baru Cina. Sangat prihatin. Saya harap saya boleh memilih di sini lagi lain kali saya mempunyai peluang.
