I don’t know how to start this review , but what I recommend for the gentle people specially, avoid this hotel for your clean life , this is not clean and nice hotel stands , because of many points I’ll right here : first this hotel not consider what you booked , as I booked non smoking room , they gave the most horrible experience room in my life , full of smoke smell , you can imagine when I told the receptionist she advice to spray the room by perfume instead of changing the room ? And I was tired with family , we ignore to change just for peace of mind , again the hotel lack with stuff , the one receptionist she took the bags and she do check in and later the check out , and when I call for taking my bags , she is the one who came to my room !!!!! I forgot my face mask wash , I call the hotel after about two hours , they told me no thing in my room , despite I’m sure 100% I put it in the bathroom . The manager Mr Mahmoud do apologised for his stuff not found anything , but because all this bad things happened to me , I found I’m responsible to aware anyone to book here , I do lot of reviews around for various hotels , mostly I’m satisfied, but here I’m really really impressed and shocked.

Gentilezza del personale, comodità di taxi e bus per arrivare in centro in poco tempo. Il ristorante buono al 22esimo piano dove servono anche la colazione abbastanza ricca. Asciugamani cambiati spesso e acqua in camera gratuita ogni giorno. Punti negativi: connessione forte nella reception ma non nelle stanze dove il segnale è quasi nullo, ci si deve avvicinare alla porta per avere una connessione più o meno decente. Piumone troppo pesante, dovrebbero mettere delle lenzuola leggere separate in modo da non dover per forza soffrire il caldo. Consiglio per chi lavora nell’hotel: all’esterno gira qualche povero gatto, io come europea non sono abituata a questo e sarebbe bello dare l’esempio magari mettendo una ciotola di acqua fresca nelle vicinanze e dare almeno gli scarti di cibo salato che la gente spreca ogni mattina a colazione…

This hotel is beautiful and well situated near downtown and overlooking the Kuwait Bay. I love this haven. The staff are truly unique; they go out of there way for the guests. They truly make you feel right at home. They have everything from restaurants, room service, driver, perfect location and fantastic furniture throughout tastefully decorated and beautified. I highly recommend this magnificent place. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and high quality as well. Healthy breakfasts! They have 24 hour concierge and security as well. The hotel is a gem. You get the best of Kuwait City. Near enough to walk to the large downtown core and yet, sea view Kuwait bay rooms! Make sure to ask for sea view when you check in. The higher up rooms are more renovated. For example, floor 8 is great- I was in 807. First I was in a lower room that had a bath tub but I changed rooms a few days later to a higher floor, 8, that has been renovated and the shower does not have a bathtub, yet, the room is renovated and furnished with better quality then lower floor rooms. The view is better as well. The floor 9 and 10 are being renovated fully and I anticipate those rooms will be even nicer. Definitely will be back to this lovely hotel. Steps away from historic sites, markets, shops, restaurants, sightseeing, sea side, highways and buses/taxis. There is a parking place as well, not sure if you have to pay or rent it if you wish to rent a car. I’m sure you can however. It is the hotels private secured parking lot- gated entry and exit via concierge. All in all, the management and team are extraordinary. The hotel manager owns a travel group so if you wish to book excursions and or ask advice about Kuwait sightseeing, Mr Mahmoud Adam can facilitate processes to accommodate traveler needs and wishes. The entire staff are extraordinarily friendly and equipped with multi lingual capacity. The multicultural team is highly inclusive and accommodating. The hotel also has two great elevators; fast and efficient. It has a wheelchair ramp, elevator and is wheelchair friendly.

الاستقبال راقي يكفي الابتسامه والتعامل الحلو من قبل موظفي الاستقبال وعلي راسهم الاخ عبدالسلام اعطاني احسن وافضل شاليه قعدت ليله اروع ما يكون شاليه قريب علي الالعاب وملعب الكره وخدمات الاطفال وفراش زياده كل الاحترام والتقدير

First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

I visited the hotel to inquire about room rates, but the receptionist, Manoj, was very unprofessional. When I asked to see pictures of the rooms, he refused and told me to check Google. I then requested to see a specific room, and he rudely said there were no available rooms. He was dismissive and disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, he told me there was no manager available. This was a deeply disappointing experience. The hotel should consider hiring Arabic-speaking staff who understand the culture and can treat guests with the professionalism and respect they deserve. The service, particularly from employees from India, was well below the standard expected in the hospitality industry. I had planned to book a two-bedroom suite, but I changed my mind due to this poor treatment. Additionally, the recommendations I received from my friends were misleading, and I was left extremely dissatisfied. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Late review, but well deserved to a very nice hotel, I stayed at Al Hamra hotel for 3 months as a part of a 3 months business contract The place felt like home, staff is extra nice and helpful , the challenges of delivering a good hospitality services during Covid lockdown were exceedingly met, everyone had a face mask, sanitizers are all over the place, meals were delivered to rooms in boxes on time Limousine service led by Mr Mohamed khalaf is the best you can every find Room service was spectacular

Very efficient check in following my arrival from the international airport , please note that the reception is on level 2 and the ground floor is level 0 . A very nice Bonvoy brand hotel and up to the usual high standard , clean , quiet and in a good location,about 20-25 minutes from the airport ( could be longer if you have a lot of red traffic lights as they take a long time to change green . My room was clean and spacious , I could not find any USB sockets but I had my USB equipped travel plug ! Lovely warm / hot shower and plenty of towels , no anti slip mat for the shower. Good wifi signal, very comfortable bed , strong air conditioning, too strong for me , I switched it off for sleeping .Fridge was helpful for chilling soft drinks.Room was well sound proofed from outside noise and good quality black out curtains. I had breakfast , the staff were very attentive courteous and professional as were the front desk / reception staff everyone made me feel welcome. There is a medium sized mall attached to the hotel , I would recommend the Souk Al-Mubarakiya which is nearby. I had a very pleasant stay here at the courtyard thanks to your lovely staff Thank you very much
