Hotel terbaik di Kuching

We were initially booked into the Sheraton in Kuching, as we decided to treat ourselves. However, there had been issues with comms, and we wanted to ensure a pool was available for us. Whilst in Malaysia, we actually cancelled the Sheraton and booked this option for a fraction of the cost. I have given it 4 out of 5, with the following caveat. 1: Yes, it is very tired, the rooms have been grand but are no longer. However, our room, 1104 - was clean, the bed was huge, it was quiet, there was limited English TV but a wheeze to watch and there was a working fridge. 2: We asked for an extra pillow and was told it would be 10 ringits charge - don't be tight people, that amount is not worth asking for, but it becomes a principle thing. 3: Pool was fantastic for us - however: a: don't clean it in the height of the day. Do it when it is quieter. b: supervise it better, there was a czech group in, who were very friendly but were drinking spirits and beer in the pool and smoking - in the smoking area, but don't know if that is because we obviously didn't smoke. c: pool towels (free) were actually better option and fluffier than room towels 4: Staff friendly especially the concierge 5: Breakfast - bit tepid, but lots of choice and tasty options. 6: Charge 65 Ringits to keep room until 6pm - very good value. 7: Taxi from airport 35 ringits, grab back, 21 ringits. 8: Walking distance to waterfront 9: 7/11 across road expensive but shop next to Hotel 98, excellent options. Beer = 3 cans for 11 ringits. Cheaper than supermarkets. 10: cleaners very good, room facilities include bottled water daily, coffee, tea, shower gel, soap and shampoo. You have to overlook some tiredness, grouting etc. but overall, including VFM, location, facilities etc - we thought a good option and would return.

Kegemaran saya sepanjang zaman di Kuching Sarawak. Keramahan yang hebat dan pemandangan sungai yang indah. Saya dinaik taraf ke bilik eksekutif hampir setiap kali lawatan. Saya tidak pernah jemu dengan Hilton Kuching. Lokasi yang selesa.

Segala-galanya hebat tentang hotel ini. Kecuali mangkuk tandas tersumbat dan tiada siapa yang dapat membantu pada tengah malam dan pihak hotel meminta kami menunggu sehingga pagi. Koridor agak gelap. Selain itu lokasinya bagus dan hotelnya bersih. Hotel bersedia membenarkan daftar keluar lewat kerana penerbangan lewat.

semua okay but time smpai hotel kena tggu about 40-60minutes sbb bilik x siap lagi (5pm) 🤦🏻‍♀️.. May be bcoz of Hari Perayaan n ramai staff cuti .. sangka baik… but everything semua mmg okay ..

Tempah 2 bilik. Suka bilik yang luas tetapi beberapa kemudahan sudah terlalu lama, malah cerek juga tidak berfungsi atau mempunyai kotoran. Kakitangan mesra dan sopan. Mengadu tentang sarapan pagi selepas perjalanan terakhir mengenai kepelbagaian dan kualiti makanan dan dengan banyak lalat yang menjengkelkan, tetapi nampaknya tidak bertambah baik langsung. Jika anda pergi pada musim puncak, pastikan anda pergi lebih awal kerana proses daftar masuk mungkin mengambil masa sekurang-kurangnya 30 minit hingga satu jam beratur dan menunggu, Damai Beach Resort harus melihat masalah ini dengan serius dan membuat penambahbaikan yang sewajarnya.

Hotel bersih dan kakitangannya ramah. Hotel ini terletak di pusat membeli-belah, kemudahan untuk perjalanan untuk mencari makanan.

Very comfortable and clean. Good location.
