Good and clean. Have water dispenser. Good location. Just no lif, might be not convenient for elderly.

Affordable price for overnight stay. Booked 1 room for 3 adults to stay. The room is clean and tidy. The staff at the counter is friendly and I really2 like the decorations at the stairs 😍

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out — everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s just a short drive from the airport. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with easy airport access, I’d definitely recommend staying here.

A very clean and comfortable hotel. The room was neat, quiet, and pleasant — perfect for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback is there’s no lift; my room was on the 3rd floor, so it can be quite challenging if you have heavy luggage. Luckily, my boss stayed for only one night, and the other two rooms (for three nights) were just with small bags. Overall, a pleasant and worthwhile stay.

the room is alright for the price. however, the bedsheet and pillow cover apparently did not change.

Stayed in a triple room twozeronine on 2nd floor. Able to look out the window where the car parks. Room is spacious and very clean with free toothbrush/paste, comb, soap and shampoo.

Never expect the room is so comfortable🤩 strongly recommend, the room is clean ,large super single bed ,toilet spacious and clean also. Hot water and aircon function well 👍🏼 friendly front desk staff, hotel do provide drinking water. Will book again for my next business trip. 👍🏼

All things are same type.but room smell want improve. Specialy bathroom smell .good servise and tq.

The hospitality was great. I stayed for 2 nights there. Comfort enough to sleep. Had spacious parking. Just dont have lift but still ok compared to its cheap price. Really recommended

Overall the room is clean, we can smell cigarette along room corridor which is unpleasant.

Hi, I am a student studying in Singapore planning to go back Kuching, and we saw this hotel deal was affordable and close to the jb international airport. For our honest comment it was an amazing hotel so comfy and the place is so tidy while they also provided essential like toiletry & hot/cold water.
