Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Hamsa Manali

I recently visited Welcome Hotel Hamsa Manali by ITC, great location away from hustle and bustle of Manali, beautifully nestled property among the mountains, major factor which makes my journey more memorable was the lovely and passionate staff, would like to mention few names specially Chef Mr Madhusudan, always ready to accommodate special requests, had some mouth watering food all thanks to him, also Mr Aakash yadav and Sonu at the restaurant were making us feel just like home, Mrs Poonam at front desk greeted us warmly and made sure to provide best room possible. Just mentioned a few names out of all but each and every staff on this property is worth mentioning. All in all, I had a great experience and would love to visit again in the future.

Recently we had a pleasure of staying at ITC Hamsa & the stay was amazing in every way From the moment we stepped into the beautiful conservatory, we were greeted by warm smiles & attentive staff.. The food was exquisite, showcasing a perfectly blend of creativity & taste.. Chinese, Pasta, North Indian, etc. everything was prepared to perfection with good quality & fresh ingredients.. Special Thanks to our Chef Sandeep, Chef Jatin, Mr.Akash Yadav & their team for accommodating our every single request & giving us an outstanding culinary experience.. Aubergine Thai Curry prepared by Chef Amit was exceptionally tasty that I couldn’t stop my self from a second serving.. The hospitality of the servers was equally impressive.. Special Thanks to Ms.Navdeep , Mr.Sonu & Mr.Arpan for being so attentive, friendly and willing to go an extra mile to accommodate our request.. The combination of delicious food & top notch hospitality has made our experience extra special.. We would highly recommend ITC Hamsa..

Nice place to stay with great view and away from the city noice of Manali. Staff is helpful and Ritik especially was very warm and understands hospitality very well. Thank you Ritik for your help and we hope to stay here again sometime………………..

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC. It was in a beautiful location and the property itself was quite picturesque. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and well maintained. The stuff were lovely and courteous both at the front desk and at the restaurant. We would especially like to thank the following staff members: - Aakash bhaiy - Chef Sandeep - Jitender Gupta - Sonu Tamto - Sonia Rani Would recommend to everyone travelling to Manali!

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel during the first week of December, and overall, it was a memorable experience. **Location:** The hotel is conveniently accessible by car, with well-maintained roads leading right to the property. It's located in a peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the town, offering a serene atmosphere. Surrounded by breathtaking mountain views and an apple orchard, the location is perfect for those looking to unwind and enjoy nature's beauty. **Rooms:** The rooms were very comfortable and well-equipped, with excellent heating, which was a lifesaver considering the outside temperature dropped to -3°C during our stay. We had 24/7 hot water in all taps, ensuring a relaxing stay. We stayed in a room on the first floor with a balcony, which provided stunning views of the surrounding mountains and orchards — the perfect spot to relax and soak in the beauty of the area. **Food & Service:** The food was fantastic! We enjoyed the buffet spread during all three meals, with a variety of delicious options. The taste was consistently good, and the presentation was top-notch. Room service was prompt and efficient, making dining in a breeze. Special mention to Sonu from the restaurant, who provided exceptional service and made us feel truly welcomed throughout our stay. **Activities/Entertainment:** While the overall experience was great, the activities and entertainment options could be improved. It would be wonderful if they added a telescope for stargazing, especially since the clear mountain skies are perfect for it. Additionally, incorporating indoor games like table tennis would be a nice touch for guests looking for indoor entertainment. **Overall:** Our stay was very enjoyable, and we loved the peaceful ambiance and excellent service. Although we were a bit disappointed that we didn't see snow (likely due to our timing), we'd definitely recommend visiting after the second week of January if you're looking for snow-related activities. It's a great place to relax, recharge, and experience the beauty of the mountains. Would definitely return!

Nice things first : 1. Great Architecture of the buildings in the resort. 2. Fantastic view. 3. Located within Apple Garden makes the entire resort fantastic. 4. Good Food. 5. Big rooms ***** with all the necessary supports. 6. Good people 7. Excellent Travel Desk. They provided me Innova Crysta for 4 days in a very reasonable rate. A big shout out for Shahil in the travel desk. 8. Worth spending 2/3 nights. 9. We stayed in Club cottage. Not so Good : 1. Located in a congested neighbourhood. 2. Approach road is too narrow. 3. Very limited options in the food buffet(breakfast) 4. Owners(?) stay in the same premises and they drive cars in the bay like crazy. They do not care if there is a guest in front.
