I don't know what the other guy's problem is. I liked absolutely everything in this hotel. The pool area is top-notch. The bartenders are really fun guys to talk to. Honestly I didn't communicate much with the rest of the staff, but they all seemed really nice and helpful. Particularly, the receptionist came flying outside to give me a hand carry the luggage. His intention. The rooms are organized well and I don't think anything else was really neccessary. The food was nice. The lobby restaurant is unbelieveably well-furnished. I don't know what else to say. Overall - a big NICE from me.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money

Overall awesome experience...starting with great location (city center), caring and helpful staff (Maria, Igor, Neliko to name few of them), flexibility from Hotel Team in arranging everything we wanted.

Прилетел в 22.00 улетел в 4.00 . По сути ничего не попробовал . Но и соседи выспаться не дали . В целом нормальное место

Оформил на Букинге бронь в данном отеле почти на 3 недели мая-июня 2022, пришло подтверждение с номером брони. Спустя несколько часов от администрации отеля пришло сообщение, что они отменяют бронь по причине, что я из России. Крайне странное поведение для собственника или администрации. Мой отзыв наверное будет являться скорее рекламой для людей иных национальностей или рас, но про политику русофобии в этом отеле знают не понаслышке. для примера Сообщение от Hotel Casa calda: Ruskim ia ne prinimaiu. I patamu dal otkaz bronirovaniu ✌ В результате поездка состоялась, остановился в другом отеле и сделал вывод, что грузины и Грузия очень гостеприимны, за исключением таких вот отельеров...

Отличное место для остановки на одну ночь. Очень чистые номера. Есть кондиционер, которым можно нагреть помещение. Да, там прохладно, особенно в душевой, возможно дело в том, что была зима. Завтрак не попробовали, так как его подают с 9 часов утра) Wi-fi хороший.

Hotel was very nice cozy and brilliant clean. breakfast vas good and fool. staff is very friendly and smily, they gave you to feel as you are most important guest for them. room is good size l with all important amenities, closet, hunger thats was useful for long time stay, room was clean and fresh, I will come back.
