Hotel Kolam air panas di Kunming

Relaxation at its finest！  We enjoyed our stay at this Hot Spring hotel that came with wonderful benefits. Upon arrival, the staff is there to greet you and take your luggage to the room. The hotel is massive. Hot Springs is very large and comfortable. Lots of places for children to play and pools for them to enjoy. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Give this a four star on amenities as they did not have a crib suitable for toddlers. younger babies, yes, but not if your baby is climbing or walking, the crib will not fit. The location is good and not far from a lot of the sites of Kunming ! Overall, I would love to stay at this hotel again, and I recommend it to all travelers. 

從我進門的那一刻，我就深深的被這裏吸引了。一上來，前台小姐姐就特別特別的熱情，給我拎包，給我倒水，詢問我的訴求，問我有沒有遇訂，如果沒有在哪裡訂會便宜一點。特別體貼為我考慮。我第二次來了。前台小姐姐，也還是一樣對我特別熱情，並又重新給我介紹了一下酒店設定，並詢問我行程，並貼心的給我一些建議。就我等會忙完回來，他們這邊準備了浴袍，可以先回去洗個澡，然後下來泡個澡。旁邊還有水果，可以吃點水果，泡泡澡，好好放鬆一下。還告訴我，如果明天起來了，可以去哪裡就餐，有一些什麼。問我是哪裡人喜歡吃點什麼，並給我推薦了他們店的早餐。還怕我住的不習慣，免費給你升級了房型。服務特別貼切。我半夜渴了，前台小姐姐也會好熱情的給我送水。因為我平時喜歡看書嘛，然後他們還給我推薦了一些他們前台放着的書。我在看書的時候，也會很貼切的給我倒水。也會給我拿小吃。真的是很好的體驗。在這裏特別表揚一下前天小姐姐。服務真的太太太貼心了。

房間很大很乾凈，房間還有個浴缸可以泡澡，設施齊全很先進，很不錯，酒店對面就是吃飯的地方很方便，停車場也是免費的，很棒！

房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，很注意細節，還提供早餐， 接送機服務很貼心，根據住客的需求準時發車不延誤，前台工作人員小李很友好！ 每次出差都住這家酒店。

The staff were excellent, very friendly and accommodating, very professional. Delicious breakfast buffet. The rooms were fantastic, really spacious and comfortable bed. The location is not near the hottest tourist destinations but nevertheless places are easy to access.

環境優美，設施齊全，特別是樓上的花園，中午曬曬太陽，真的不要太舒服了，交通也便利，靠近官渡古鎮和省博物館，周邊吃飯的地方也很多，非常的方便，他們服務員都很熱情，衞生也很乾凈，推薦推薦！

帶着長者和孩子出門，連續住了四個晚上，交通便利，地鐵站也很近，餐廳飯菜多樣化，晚餐菜品新鮮而且很實在，還可以泡温泉，非常適合帶娃出行和出行時間較長的家庭。

房間很寬敞，還有歡迎水果。大堂也挺漂亮，工作人員服務熱情。但房間因為臨街又是單層玻璃挺吵，晚上也是。早餐是去温泉休息區域用餐、因為我們是住店客人所以是便裝，工作人員讓我們去另外指定房間用餐，但我一看門上居然寫着“吸煙室”，所以早餐用得不愉快。

入住昆明億壕城堡温德姆至尊酒店的體驗從一開始都是極好的，雖然後麪退房的節骨眼上出現一個小插曲，是影響了一些體驗好感倒是。但是整體上也是可圈可點的。畢竟不能因為當天那個時間點的在崗人員的失誤讓其他酒店人員的努力白搭吧！這就得提一提哪位名“張樂”的酒店人員了，還有辛苦接機的商務人員！其次就是酒店的温泉、客房打掃等等都很令人舒適的。 From the moment I arrived at the Wyndham Supreme Hotel in Kunming Yihou Castle, I was impressed. The staff, particularly Zhang Le and the business staff who provided airport pickup, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The hotel's hot springs and clean rooms were top-notch. Unfortunately, a minor issue during checkout slightly tarnished the experience. However, the overall positive impact of the stay, thanks to the dedicated staff, outweighed this negative aspect.”

Hotel in great location, excellent spot for access to the Lake and Yunnan Nationalities Village. Room quality is a little dated. Some nice touches upon arrival with fruit in the room. Checkin service was very good. Breakfast options simple and satisfying. Very nice outdoor setting for breakfast adjacent to golf course.
