Hotel Romantic di Hainan, China

KK. Kami menginap pada 17 Oktober 2025. Apabila tiba, kami dinaik taraf ke bilik (dari pemandangan taman kepada pemandangan laut) di tingkat 6. Air panas tersedia tanpa gangguan. Makanannya lazat, dengan banyak pilihan, termasuk masakan kebangsaan. Terdapat pacifier, kentang goreng, ubi keledek, jus, teh, susu, susu soya... banyak pilihan untuk kanak-kanak! Wanita pembersih, nombor 16, sangat baik; dia memastikan semuanya bersih, menawarkan petua berguna dan membantu. Bilik-bilik dibersihkan setiap hari dan menyediakan syampu, perapi, gel mandian, berus gigi, sebotol kecil ubat gigi, sabun dan topi mandi. Bilik kami termasuk selipar, jubah, peti keselamatan, TV dan SKALA! Cerek dengan cawan dan teh, peti sejuk (berfungsi dengan baik), dan tiada penyesuai diperlukan untuk kedai! Terdapat tuala pantai (biru) dan tuala hotel biasa (putih). Tandas boleh dilihat, tetapi terdapat tirai jika itu mengganggu anda. Tab mandi terletak di balkoni (tidak kelihatan dari tingkat satu). Pemandangan sangat cantik. Duduk pada waktu petang, makan atau minum, sememangnya indah! Kolam renang dibuka sehingga 11:00 malam di tingkat satu. Ia selesa, terdapat ikan (untuk kaki anda) berdekatan, air dibersihkan setiap hari, dan daun dibuang. Lif berfungsi dengan baik dan tidak terlalu sesak. Terdapat tempat letak kereta untuk moped (sangat mudah jika anda menyewanya dengan harga 50 yuan/hari). Ia terletak di kawasan yang baik dan selesa. Anda boleh pergi ke mana sahaja anda mahu. Laut dekat, 15 minit berjalan kaki jauhnya. Bas ulang-alik percuma beroperasi dari hotel secara berjadual, tidak perlu menempah. Kami menaikinya sekali untuk merasai cara ia berfungsi, tetapi kami menyedari anda juga boleh berjalan kaki untuk mengenali tempat itu dengan lebih baik dan melihat sesuatu. Terdapat banyak kedai kopi, restoran dan pasar raya (semua orang mempunyai menu dalam bahasa Rusia). Semua penduduk tempatan mengelilingi bandar dengan moped! Trafik sangat sesak! Kami hanya memesan teksi dua kali (melalui DIDI, 60-80 yuan untuk kad PREMIUM) pergi dan balik dari lapangan terbang. Meja penyambut tetamu di tingkat satu boleh membantu anda memesan teksi, menambah nilai akaun Alipay anda (ia diterima di mana-mana, tetapi tidak semua terminal menerima kad daripada Bank Pertanian Rusia), menerima wang tunai, memindahkan wang dan ada yang berbahasa Rusia. Ada yang berbahasa Inggeris. (Secara amnya, semua orang di bandar menggunakan penterjemah, dan ini tidak menjadi masalah.) Terdapat juga wakil agensi pelancongan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu yang boleh mengaturkan perjalanan ke luar bandar. Hotel ini bukan baru, tetapi ia dalam keadaan baik. Kelembapan adalah tinggi, begitu banyak perkara (seperti di bandar) mungkin kelihatan tidak sesuai. Sila ingat itu! Walaupun dengan semua ini dalam fikiran, kami menikmati penginapan kami.

Hilton Wenchang offers an opportunity to discover another curious side of Hainan. We could see Wenchang Space Launch site directly from our balcony. The beach was nearby, and we watched sunrises and sunsets there. The swimming pool was spotless clean, although only one pool out of there was open due to a low number of guests. A couple scenic spots are very close too, about 10 min drive. There has been a delicious breakfast every morning. The staff was polite and helpful. Jason He helped us with multiple needs, such as ordering medicine, finding restaurants, and booking a shuttle bus to Wenchang railway station. The latter is free, just need to book it in advance for a certain time period.

This is one of the best hotel we have stayed so far in all my years travelling. Best view with ocean out of your balcony. A really good place to relax, chill with friends/family. Do not hesitate, just book this place when you come to Sanya. Customer service tip top. 5 stars. They will help you with anything you need. Excellent!! Will come back again next time.

This hotel is located 10 minutes by car from the airport and 30 minutes from the city centre. It offers a free shuttle service to/from the airport and Meilan train station. The first floor offers a beautiful library space where you can read and have a rest. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The breakfast offered is not varied and a bit bland; however, the staff is helpful and friendly.

The view is unbelievable. I booked two rooms and both were sparkling clean. The night we arrived, it was raining. I took a nap on the swing bed over the water, listening to the drizzling rain. It felt magical. The other room for my parents was on a higher floor, very spacious, with gorgeous sea views, and you could even see the fireworks right from the room. The service was amazing as well. They arranged airport drop off for my family and even made us refreshing drinks on the way out :)

I want to take this opportunity to share that this hotel has excellent service that went above & beyond. On the day I was checking out of Sofitel in the morning & moving to another hotel, I realised that I was missing one of my earrings. I informed Jerry at Reception about this & he immediately informed Housekeeper to look for it & took the particulars of my next hotel so he could send my earring if found. Soon after, he texted me to say they were not successful but they will continue to search, and they did. In the afternoon, Jerry called to inform me that they did manage to find my earring in the shower stall, and will send it to my current hotel within the day. I really appreciate their efforts in taking the matter seriously & not giving up after the first unsuccessful search. This is not the first instance that Jerry gave excellent customer service. When I first checked in, I had arranged for some online purchases to be delivered to Sofitel in advance but as I didn't have a local number, the couriers were not able to contact me. Jerry helped to contact the couriers & the packages were sent to the hotel within that day. It really meant a lot to me to have such helpful & reliable assistance for a first time traveler to Haikou. Thank you, Jerry! I also want to compliment Sofitel's breakfast & the service team there. The spread is very wide, and being there for almost a week, I really appreciate that they change some of the items so you get variety. And the staff are very attentive & helpful. Not only did they remember my coffee preference, they always bring me to my favourite table where I can enjoy the wonderful view. All in all, Despite the fact that the mall next to the hotel is like a ghost town with empty shops, Sofitel Haikou is a wonderful hotel that I would recommend to travelers.

A perfect trip to Sanya must be given a full five-star review by Pullman Sanya Bay! The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the center of Sanya Bay, with convenient transportation. The overall design combines Chinese and Southeast Asian styles. It features a tropical garden, a huge swimming pool and a private beach, every corner exuding a vacation atmosphere. The room has a wide sea view and is fully equipped, making it extremely comfortable to stay in. Special praise for the butler, Xiao Yang! Warm and cheerful, with considerate service, she took the initiative to plan our itinerary, recommend delicious food for us, and even prepared a little surprise with great care. Any questions are replied to immediately. No matter how big or small the matter is, everything is arranged without any problem. It's really like being as considerate as a friend. It's such a plus! The price is very reasonable. The facilities, environment and service are all top-notch. The cost performance is definitely among the best in Sanya Bay. Highly recommended!

From checking-in to the end of our trip, this hotel was an absolute dream. All along, the staff has been very accommodating and responsive. The room was clean and refurnished everyday. The hotel features a coffee shop and a restaurant with sea views, both offering delicious options. Overall, the price-quality ratio is off the top, it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in in China and would never hesitate to stay here again !

A truly memorable stay at InterContinental Sanya I am very satisfied with my stay. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed—the fruit and wine offered as a welcome gift was a lovely touch that set the tone for the entire visit. The service throughout was truly customer-oriented. I want to give special recognition to Mia Fang, who was exceptionally helpful. Every time she checked on me, I felt genuinely looked after. Her attentiveness and warmth made a real difference, and she is a true credit to the hotel. The facilities are excellent. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of variety and quality. The hotel even has a photographer available, which I thought was a wonderful added touch for capturing holiday memories. I especially enjoyed the dinner buffet with the live band—it created a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the evenings. The concierge team was equally helpful, offering to collect my luggage, which made my departure smooth and stress-free. I also appreciated how an issue I had with my coconut order at the beach bar was handled—promptly and with genuine care. Thank you for sorting everything out for me. Otherwise, everything was wonderful, and I very much look forward to returning.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Atlantis Sanya. The hotel is spectacular, from the stunning ocean views and spacious rooms to the incredible aquarium and thrilling water park. Everything was well-maintained, and the whole resort had a vibrant, energetic atmosphere. But what really made my experience exceptional was the service, especially from Elena Hu. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was taken care of. Whether it was helping with restaurant bookings, explaining hotel amenities, or just checking in to make sure I was comfortable, Elena was always warm, professional, and incredibly efficient. She truly made me feel like a valued guest. If you’re staying at Atlantis Sanya, do yourself a favor and ask for Elena, she’s fantastic at what she does.
