My family had a very pleasant stay at East Lake Hotel. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and well maintained, making it a great place to relax. The overall environment is quiet and enjoyable. What really stood out was the excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. I would especially like to commend Zhang Chi (张弛) for his professionalism and warm attitude—he was always attentive and willing to help. A special thank you as well to the security staff Li Ge (李哥), who was very responsible and kind, making me feel safe and welcome throughout my stay. Overall, a great hotel with great people. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel was such a beautiful sacuatuary, to get away from everything and be by the river. The staff were super helpful, they even washed and dried my laundry for me, the food was superb, I had the pork rib balls with sticky rice and the steamed vegetable. The facility itself is extremely elegant, clean and modern whilst holding traditional notes. The river was an absolute treat going for a daily dip to freshen up and enjoy the warm weather. Thank you for a beautiful stay, I highly recommend this hotel

Perfect location right on Lihuangpi Road that is the center of where the European style heritage buildings are, adjunct to very local residential communities so you get a close up experience of history and current daily life of the city. The room is clean with good and spacious layout. Bedding materials are quite comfortable. I have had a very good sleep. Also a lot of eateries and coffee shops around.

Love the design of this 112 year old hotel. We were charmed by the facade and interior of the 112 year old building. The Hankou Riqing International Firm Building was built in 1913 in the Renaissance Style with a distinguishing Byzantine styled tower at one corner as its outstanding feature. It is 36 metres in height and has 4 floors. It was originally used as a office building for the Riqin shipping company. This historic building was renovated during the construction of the Jianghan Road Commercial Pedestrianisation Scheme in 2000. A big thanks to the lady at the reception called Shylie who went out of her way to assist us to book the Apollo Go Self Driving Taxi. We had to goto Hanyang District to catch the taxi and we couldn't book the taxi ourselves as we don't have Wechatpay so Shylie offered to help us. Love everything about the hotel. Location is great as it is next to the Jianghan Shopping Street

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

Includes a game room and guest laundry facilities (washer & dryer). · Service (Exceptional): The front desk staff, especially 露露 (Lulu) and 小夏 (Xia Xia), are highlighted as super enthusiastic, friendly, and going far beyond their duties. A specific example is given where Lulu helped retrieve a parcel from another hotel location, which greatly impressed us. · Convenience: The hotel restaurant is popular and busy in the evenings. The staff manages the laundry service by collecting dried clothes and delivering them to our room. Before that, they informing us via WeChat. The guest laundry is available, not being used by many guests. Verdict: A highly positive review that strongly recommends the hotel primarily for its outstanding, personalized service.

2 single beds room a bit small but overall are ok.mosquito made me sleep not well, that is may be due to window open...。。。

我們住的是景觀房，可以看見古城衞生打掃的很乾凈。房子隔音也算好。服務員態度都非常好，最重要的是寵物友好可以帶小型的貓狗。沒有收取任何費用，地段也很好，就挨着古城牆，步行幾分鐘就到了，非常滿意的一次旅行

I'll simply say that this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Value for money, design of my liking, exceptional service, excellent location are a few of the reasons why I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a vacation in Yichang. I would like to mention the exceptional service given by Ms. Xiaolin, Ms. NiuNiu and Ms. MiaoMiao. They went the extra mile to make our stay a memorable one. Room was a good size, cleaned everyday with complementary snacks and drinks replaced daily. Breakfast was really good too, we looked forward to it everyday for the 5 nights we stayed here. There is a laundry area you can use anytime you wish, a gym and a nearby park you can enjoy overlooking Yangtze river. It was easy to go around too, we booked Didi taxi even late at night and encountered no problems. We hope to stay here again next time we visit Yichang!

Very nice hotel with a good distance from attractions, convenient for both cabbing & public transport (800m walk from the nearest subway). Staff was helpful with assisting with parcel collection, delivery collection, & one of them even went above & beyond to give us recommendations for what to do with out empty schedule, providing water & masks unprompted due to a rise in mild flu infections on the news. We booked a loft room & it was very worth the price for the amount of space we got, highly recommend this hotel if you're a traveller, international or domestic.
