Hotel Romantic di Hubei, China

We stayed at East Lake Hotel, Tingtao 2#, for three nights in August 2025, it was great, highly recommend ! East Lake Hotel is known for its beautiful scenery, just as expected, the view was absolutely stunning, but what was better than the view was the best customer service. They assigned a staff member, Ms. Yu, to help us. Ms. Yu gave us her WeChat contact information so we can reach out easily. Ms. Yu was professional and courteous, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, any concern / issue we had, she handled it quickly, including helping out with the laundry! We stayed at other Five Star hotels in Wuhan, Beijing, and Shanghai, but no other hotel provided this level of service. The front desk was also very helpful. Last but not the least, their breakfast buffet was the best among the 6 hotels we stayed for this trip. My favorite was the porridge made of sweet rice wine and sweet rice dumplings. 我们在2025年8月入住了听涛2#东湖酒店三晚，很棒，强烈推荐！东湖饭店以风景秀丽著称，一如所料，景色绝对惊艳，但比景色更好的是最好的客户服务。他们指派了一名工作人员俞女士来帮助我们。俞女士给了我们她的微信联系方式，以便我们轻松联系。 俞女士很专业，很有礼貌，她竭尽全力确保我们的住宿完美，我们遇到的任何疑虑/问题，她都很快处理了，包括帮忙洗衣服！ 我们住过武汉、北京、上海的其他五星级酒店，但没有其他酒店提供这种水平的服务。前台也非常乐于助人。最后但并非最不重要的一点是，他们的自助早餐是我们这次旅行入住的 6 家酒店中最好的。我最喜欢的是甜米酒熬制的粥.

One of the best definately recommend the workers are very welcoming and friendly they produce best services the place is spotless clean and quite aesthetic the view is the type of view you would want to wake up every morning

來武漢住在這家酒店我訂的是豪華大床房，房間很乾凈，空間也大沒有30平也有28，比有些酒店空間合理不虛假宣傳，電視挺大可以投屏。出行也很方便，留下就是歷史民國街道，離巴公房子很近，出門右手邊走一點就到。住在這裏閑散逛逛街很舒服，周圍咖啡館，餐館都很多。也好吃。連續在這裏我們住了4晚。如果對民國近代建築感興趣的住這裏比較方便，可以往南逛就是往江漢路，往北就是德國領事館等老建築，南北都比較密集。而且不像江漢路那邊那沒鬧。就是有些細節再注意點就更好了，比如沒有香皂盤，比如到地鐵可能不喜歡徒步的覺有點遠，到江漢路地鐵要走20分鐘，到大智路地鐵要走15分鐘。不趕時間走走停停還是很愜意的。

The hotel looks like it does in the photos: a very pretty colonial building on the outside and very well decorated on the inside. The room we had was very comfortable and it was very nice of the hotel staff to give us a free upgrade to a slightly larger room. The location is great, right next to another significant colonial building and the pedestrian street. It is also close to a wharf that has ferries to the other side of the river which you can take for ¥1.5 and it will get you to the famous bridge and within walking distance of the Yellow Crane Tower. There is a nice rooftop bar / restaurant, we did not eat there but went up to take some photos.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

· Atmosphere & Design: A boutique hotel with unique decor. · Amenities: Compact but well-appointed rooms. Offers nice touches like flower/herbal tea and coffee. Includes a game room and guest laundry facilities (washer & dryer). · Service (Exceptional): The front desk staff, especially 露露 (Lulu) and 小夏 (Xia Xia), are highlighted as super enthusiastic, friendly, and going far beyond their duties. A specific example is given where Lulu helped retrieve a parcel from another hotel location, which greatly impressed us. · Convenience: The hotel restaurant is popular and busy in the evenings. The staff manages the laundry service by collecting dried clothes and delivering them to our room. Before that, they informing us via WeChat. The guest laundry is available, not being used by many guests. Verdict: A highly positive review that strongly recommends the hotel primarily for its outstanding, personalized service.

The service is good and the room is clean. Despite the harsh weather conditions, the room is always cool. Well ventilated. They also have a handsome and beautiful receptionist who always welcomes customers with a smile. Despite the language barrier, I enjoy my days in their facilities. I highly recommend it to anyone.

很不錯環境位置都好住過很多次隔音效果也不錯衹是旁邊有個KTV偶爾聲音大了還是會有一點點聲音，裏面還有洗衣房用的也很不錯

Travelled with my elderly parents. They were so happy with the room Zhouzhou upgraded us to. Automated toilet flush, high tech hotel. Blinds automatically open or close when u enter or leave the room, mirror light is finger touched. Definitely won’t try another hotel next time. Highly recommended. Not far from the train station. Amazing view!!! Superb will give them 20/10 for the room they upgraded us to.

Very nice hotel with a good distance from attractions, convenient for both cabbing & public transport (800m walk from the nearest subway). Staff was helpful with assisting with parcel collection, delivery collection, & one of them even went above & beyond to give us recommendations for what to do with out empty schedule, providing water & masks unprompted due to a rise in mild flu infections on the news. We booked a loft room & it was very worth the price for the amount of space we got, highly recommend this hotel if you're a traveller, international or domestic.
