Mengjing Yaxing Hotel (Kunming South High-speed Railway Station Lianjie Subway Station)

Easy to find. The lobby is on 2nd floor. Fresh, clean new hotel. Rooms are spacious, bed is comfortable. Shower is 10 out of 10. Room is smart room with voice activation. Close to the train station. Easy check in, staff are friendly and patient.

High quality and comfort hotel close to subway with direct connection to Kunmingnan Raulway Station.

Great hotel with local restaurants and convenience stores nearby. It's my 3rd time staying before a train for Kunmingnan, good access to subway or easy Didi if you're in a rush.

Might just be the greatest value for money I have ever experienced. First off great location as it is near the subway station Lianda. The place is also surrounded by several supermarkets, hotels and restaurants which together create a calm and cosy tourist area. The room itself was fantastic. Very clean and everything you may need is provided and readily available. Loved the view on the outside area through the bathroom window. The tv was in fact a big screen and a projector was used to render the video. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who has made plans to visit Kunming. The only downside perhaps is that, while it's located near the subway station, the hotel is located in the south of the city which means the main tourist spots are not nearby. It will therefore take a rather long metro ride for you to arrive there.

Nothing special but good worth for the money. Little difficult to find, but good location - five minutes walk from the metro (two stops to Kunming Nan station). Very friendly reception.

Awesome room, feels brand new, clean, comfortable, can't ask for more ! Staff is kind and helpful. If you don't speak Chinese, location of the hotel is not easy to find. Reception is on the second floor in a shared building and we didn't see a sign at the entrance. 40 minute walk to Kunming Nan train station (which is close for Chinese standards). There is a subway station 200m from the hotel.

What an unexpected treat. Clean new small hotel with excellent facilities for the price. Easy access from the metro line 4 and only two stops from Kunming South station. Really great value.
