Ulasan Vienna Hotel Kunming Railway Station Branch

We are both 75 yrs old couple and as usual, are very choosy when come to getting an accommodation on vacations. This comfortable and beautiful hotel has beautifully helpful staffs at the Reception Counter. The room is comfortably spacious and amenities updated and complete. Location is just 5 minutes walk from the Kunming Railway station North Entrance. Breakfast is great. We will come back to this hotel when we returned from Guiyang a few days later

Location is near to train station (north gate). If you take metro, U will be at the (south gate) of the train station, so will need to walk one big round to get to the hotel instead. Almost 20 minutes walk from metro station. My room smelled of smoke, and when I request to change a room, the receptionist mentioned there is no other room available. The air-conditioning is annoying and noisy. It's will turn on and off thru out the night. I do not recommend this hotel at all unless U ok with smoking room and only using it for high speed train the next day.

We just stayed a night and overall we were very happy with the hotel.

New and good location

酒店離火車站很近，走路就可以到，交通非常方便。剛剛裝修完，設施也很新。需要改進的地方主要是多通風透氣，走廊和房間還是有新裝修的氣味。隔音效果不是很好，晚上能聽到馬路上汽車和車站廣播的聲音，窗户外面剛好是空調外機，也會聽到聲音。窗户有點花，建議多擦擦，視野會更好。

衞生：乾淨，整潔，這是很重要的一點，被套枕套還有淡淡的消毒水的味道👍 環境：安靜，舒適 設施：小度在線，語音識別，很方便 服務：性價比在線，沒有預訂的房型了，前台做了免費升級，比較人性化，整體性價比很高，晚上11左右入住，自動延遲到下午2點退房

这次入住在昆明火車站旁的維也納酒店改变了我对此酒店的認知，以往在任何一個地方住只是為了它的位置，但这次感覺酒店新，房間大小合理，價格合理，衛生情況理想，早餐虽說不上豐富但對得起房價，推薦。

前台小姐姐服務很不錯，衞生可以，房間小度語音控制，可惜投屏用不了,提供的早餐味道一般吧，可以喝喝粥。洗衣服很方便,延遲了半小時退房也沒收取費用，離昆明火車站很近，過個馬路就到了，旁邊配套齊全，買東西吃飯都很方便，整體來説很滿意,沒有對比就沒有傷害，今天來大理住的民宿衞生真的很可怕，但願麗江民宿會好點，不然真的民宿黑了，總而言之連鎖酒店住的比較放心。

位置優越，離火車站很近，地鐵站也不遠，去市內景區都不遠打車十塊基本都到了 周圍各種飯店小吃便利店一應俱全都很方便 服務滿分！！！ 前台小姐姐幫忙升級了房型，還送了早餐券～早餐這個價位還算不錯了 房間內智能馬桶，淋浴也很好用 洗護用品全是大瓶的，吹風機也還可以，不是很難吹的那種

昆明中轉，對比了多家酒店，這家是距離火車站最近且性價比最高的一家，2024年營業，設施很新很乾凈。 從昆明站出來就能看到維也納的招牌，非常方便中轉的人，節省了路程和時間成本，距離昆明老街和南強夜市啥的也不遠，打車8.9塊錢，還能轉一轉，很滿意這點。 定的雙床房，睡得很舒服，但是確實有早起趕車的在樓道里如果比較吵會聽得到，這個也無可厚非，車站機場附近酒店的通病，但整體上我覺得是符合標準的。 早餐自助還不錯，淋浴間洗澡水流大，乾濕分離，就是房間面積和衞生間面積都有點小，不過價格相對來説還是性價比很高的。 這次比較匆忙忘記拍房間照片了，衹拍了自助早餐，但是整體房間還是不錯的，如果下次再來昆明還是會選擇這家~

因為是在昆明中轉，第二晚上天趕火車，就定了火車站這家維也納。位置很好，離火車站很近，就隔一條馬路。機場裏面直接地鐵六號線轉二號線就到。酒店周邊很方便，步行去大眾點評推薦的老滇山寨吃飯，吃完正好散步消食走去南強老街，逛完打車回酒店十元。酒店自助早餐品種豐富。
