Ulasan Kunming Manyan·V Hotel (Kunming Gymnasium Yunda Hospital)

We stayed at the Kunming Manyan-V hotel (near the municipal gymnasium) for five nights in November 2024. We had both positive and negative experiences with the hotell. Positives: The hotel is close to the metro station; easy to get around the city. Breakfast at the hotel offers a good variety of choices from Chinese to Western. Ms. Yang from the dining room was friendly and attentive. She made sure that guests were comfortable and had what they needed to enjoy their breakfast. Thank you! Also, Miss Zhang from the reception was prompt in her response to our concerns from the first night of stay. She provided an alternative room the next day. It made a big difference to our stay! Many thanks! Daily housekeeping is timely with attention to details. Job well done. Negatives: the hotel is refurbished from an old building. The hotel underwent some renovations but overall, the facility is "tired". Regardless the "no smoking" signs, the smell of smoking can be picked up in most places (front lobby, cafe area, elevators, and the common space on some floors.) The odour of public washroom is obvious near the first floor elevators. Overall, the hotel is okay if you are looking for budget accomodation. If you are sensitive to odours (smoke, public washroom) or do not care for an old facility, this may not be a first choice.

It was an enjoyable stay at Kunming Manyan-V Hotel. The staff were friendly to us foreigners and helped us with any queries we had.

A hotel in a former broadcasting building, well decorated, good breakfast, good staff. However even though it’s quite close to a metro station and buses it feels out of the way, only two bus stops from XiaoxiMen. Large well equipped bright rooms. Incongruously it has an outstanding model of an ocean going steam powered clipper in the lobby, that would seem natural in Xiamen or Guangzhou, but it’s well worth a look.

交通很方便，步行200多米就是地鐵口，去翠湖公園也挺近的，100路公交兩三站即到，到老街地鐵兩站，房間配置挺好，面積很大，前台服務也都很好，早餐也還不錯，滿足舒適要求，有機會還會來的！

房間中規中矩，挺乾淨。服務一般，沒人理沒人迎接，全自助哈哈哈哈，可能是春節期間人手不夠吧。早餐不錯。挨着昆明體育館，早上可以去體育館鍛鍊，因為酒店的健身房比較簡單衹有 3 台跑步機。

酒店門口的停車位上了地鎖，打電話給前台，説麻煩出來開一下好停車。前台表示一分鐘找一下鑰匙就來。等了五分鐘沒來，再打電話説前台有客人入住，馬上就來。過來以後也沒有任何語言溝通、眼神接觸，打開地鎖就走，完全沒有發現，還是後視鏡看到工作人員走了，地鎖開了才發現的。

首先説好的地方， 工作人員非常熱情， 其中一個帥哥還給我們介紹周邊的遊玩景點， 我們帶了小月齡寶寶， 和他們借了恆温壺， 小哥也答應了。不好的地方洗手枱的熱水來得太慢了 也不熱， 我們給寶寶洗特別不方便， 要等很久， 房間整體還可以 中規中矩。還有早餐， 我們定的標間， 兩大一小， 兩份早餐， 一般餐廳娃兒都是免費的， 所以入住時沒有特意問， 他們家沒有説明， 我們娃兒早上一個人去的餐廳， 服務員説他身高超了 ， 不免費， 娃兒就餓了着回來了. 怎麼説， 也不是不對就是少了人情味， 還是大過年期間。

自駕開車一路玩着來，來到酒店辦理入住服務很好，房間挺大，床品乾淨很舒服！酒店早餐也非常不錯！酒店還有茶室、咖啡吧！前台有免費鷗糧贈送，離翠湖比較近，去翠湖看了海鷗，酒店位置非常好，酒店對面就有充電樁，非常方便！

房間安靜，內部設計合理，這個房型都不臨街，有兩個洗手池比較方便；離地鐵很近，步行三五分鐘；翠湖公園陸軍講武堂那個門，步行20分鐘

酒店位於市體育館旁邊，交通便利，靠近雲大醫院還有昆一中，出行很方便。大堂寬敞明亮，有休息區且提供免費飲品。房間乾淨，床品舒適，衞生間做了乾濕分離。前台工作人員態度熱情，辦理入住和退房迅速，有問題能快速解決。早餐中西式都有，能滿足不同口味的需求。

這是我們此次旅行中最滿意的一家酒店，房間衞生整潔乾淨，服務好，離鬧巿區的打卡點很近。早餐品種繁多，用餐環境很有格調，非常滿意。值得推薦👍

很精緻的酒店 設施：齊全 衞生：很乾凈 環境：很好，一樓大廳各種需要的都有 服務：很貼心，詢問問題也很細心解答 酒店的早餐很不錯，種類多味道也很好，我非常喜歡吃米線，酸角荔枝果汁也很好喝。酒店在雲南廣播電視台旁邊，離翠湖公園也不遠，晚上很清凈，適合玩了一天以後回來休息，個人覺得比住在昆明老街附近要好，那邊太吵了。推薦入住，下次來玩還會考慮住這裏

孩子考試過來住，提前入住，延後退房，非常nice，環境很好，有格調，衞生很好，衞浴設施好用！

服務很好 因為訂的房間窗子很小 辦入住的時候前台還很貼心的提醒我 還主動帶我去看房 可以説是很細緻了。大堂很不錯 進門就有水喝 還是幾種不同的供你選擇。是下次還會繼續選擇的一家酒店
