The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very nice,clean and quiet with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom is huge and the shower and toilet are separated by a closet and sink which is very nice.The location is walking distance to 昆明老街. They let us extend our check out to around 3 pm.

Lovely little hotel in a central, but quiet location. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room, which was probably very fortunate. Overall we enjoyed our stay: the room was cozy, the service was good and unobtrusive. The walls in the hotel are a little thin, so pray you don't get noisy neighbors. The only big downside was the bed, which was so incredibly stiff it felt like sleeping on stone.

Location is okay, about 10 mins walking distance to famous Nan Qiang walking street.
Breakfast until 10am, however when we reached at 9.30am most of the food are run out and no top up.
Complimentary flower biscuit and snack on first day of arrival which is very nice gesture.
The flower biscuit taste nice too.
Overall is value for money, ive booked for Family Friendly Room

It's a beautiful hotel tucked away in a quiet section of the walking mall, and well situated in the city. The staff are very helpful and do the most to make you feel taken care of. The breakfast is ok, it'll get you going, although when I was there the coffee machine wasn't working. My room was spacious and beautiful, and very comfortable. The best part was the water purifier in the room and the shower 🚿. The downside was that one of my neighbors smoked and the smell filled my room every evening 🤢 Also there was a massive storm while I was there and I could hear water dripping from the roof to the ceiling. Overall I would definitely stay here again, absolutely.

Clean and pretty hotel with great service. Extended our stay here due to unfortunate circumstances but the staff are very understanding and accommodating. There’s also free rose pastries upon check in.

Very clean, comfortable bed, most importantly is they have water dispenser in the room with hot and cold water option, which is very important for us since now is the cold weather.

We were greeted by friendly receptionists upon check-in and we appreciate the milk tea and the flower biscuits given to us. There is a red wall right beside the hotel and seemed like a good photo-taking spot. Everything was good except for the kitchen guy who appeared quite impatient and unfriendly when other guests asked him about the noodles.

Overall experience was great! It started with the staff giving us free room upgrades despite last minute bookings. Also, they were very generous with the 鲜花饼, special coffee and tea.
