This is in a great location if you need to get a train. Breakfast was basic and simple. There was some confusion around my booking as the hotel thought I had not paid. This was resolved quickly. The rooms were very nice and the beds very comfortable. Would recommend.

First of all, the location is good. Near subway (maybe 10-15 mins walking), also near the Kunming railway station. Around here there are many cafe, restaurants, convenient stores.
The second, about the room, looks good, clean, large. Even the receptionist can enot spreak English, but she tried to help me.
The price is acceptable for the hotel’s quality. Highly recommend if you want stay near the Kunming Railway Station

Second stay in the same hotel within a week, had to rebook it after my trip to Dali and Lijiang mainly because of the location. It made my visit to the Yunnan Ethnic village smooth, as I arrived on time despite leaving a bit late. And Kunming lao jie is just a 15 mins ebike ride away.
The room was decent , however the windows don't have a net. I personally prefer sleeping with fresh air compared to AC, and I was disturbed by a lot of mosquitoes because the window was open. It got better the second night, when I sacrificed fresh air for no mosquitoes. The staff are super helpful and professional.

The hotel receptionist provides excellent service. She helped me with my luggage while I was outside walking in to the hotel!! Normal check out time is 2pm! And helped us with luggage, how to use app to book taxi. How comfortable and easy.
Boutique hotel. Lovely lounge. I like one of the books and wanted to have it. They are not for sell. I requested the receptionist to put up request with her manager and she willingly helped me and got the approval to buy the book.

Very friendly staff, they treated us very kindly. Our room was very clean with a lot of facilities. Location of the hotel is in good walking distance (15 minutes) to the train station.
