4、管家服務很好，訊息回覆快，有問題能及時答疑和解決。
5、過年很貼心的在房間配了當地的牛奶和鮮花餅，很好吃會買了帶回家當伴手禮。
6、坐了樓下地鐵，不用換乘到海埂大壩喂海鷗，很方便。
非常非常不錯的體驗，下次還來也會推薦給朋友。

We booked a ”Queen Room” for 4 nights which we can absolutely recommend. The staff was friendly and helpful. Check-in went smoothly without much ado. The room was nicely decorated and very clean. It's easy to get around by taxi from there, whether you want to go to one of the shopping malls or out to the airport. We can't comment on the facilities or the food as we didn't use them/eat at the hotel. Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures when we first walked in. These photos are from when we had been there for 2 days already.

The room itself isn't very clean and it looks quite worn out but the location is very good, many eateries nearby and a subway station right there within a 10 second walk.
Overall experience was great but it will be greatly improved if they can do a little renovation to the rooms.

Excellent budget hotel in a great location just to the north of the city center. Good staff who will try their best to accommodate your needs. Great value for money. My only complaint is that the room cleaners will enter your room to try to ”clean” your room even if the door is locked from the inside, and not once did they bother to clean the drinking cups or replace the mosquito tablet.

WwilliewengMy definition of luxury, this brand new hotel strikes the perfect balance of elegance and simplicity as art deco style. Bath Rooms are tastefully decorated with all the high quality amenities. You'd come to expect from a 5+ star hotel including automatic black out curtains and one touch lighting control.
The restaurant/breakfast area was outstanding. The breakfast was one of the best I experienced with a selection not found in any other 5 star hotel.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. From the moment we booked the room we were greeted with the most friendly staff. Emily and Wan (in the Front desk/Concierge ) gave us a smooth check in, and provided us with a great dining guide that we wanted to explore. They are exceptional!
I would highly recommend and will definitely go back for these stellar services and amenities.

Those next to the main road could be a bit noisy at night. The breakfast was excellent where there were plenty of choices on offer, both western style and Chinese style. The staff were friendly.

Pplushparadisecomfortable stay for a night stop over before an early flight the next day, it was a comfortable stay. the sheets were nice and soft. the toilet and showers are built such that they are individual cubicles, so the shower cubical doesn’t have any where to hang clothes/ towels, etc. all amenities provided, and there’s a laundry room with washer dryer to get your laundry sorted before continuing your trip.
shuttle bus to airport was 5am for a 7.40am flight, where it’s a “car pool” system, must book at time of check in.
night supper is a bowl of mien xian, basic. it’s a warm bowl to keep you going. there are no food options around outside of the building.

PPengguna TetamuWe are Americans from Hong Kong and traveled to Kunming for our Easter holiday. The positives of this hotel: 1. it was beautiful. The design and furnishings were very well done and the room itself was exceptionally clean. 2. The owners were so kind. We arrived way after the tea time hour, but they still provided our family with cappuccinos and fresh fruit, free of charge. Both were delicious and our children were so excited about the gourmet coffee art. 3. The mattress in the main bed area was very comfortable. Not a typical “hard” mattress like many hotels in China. Another bonus: it was actually a KING size, which we rarely see outside the US! 4. The breakfast was Chinese style and the rice noodles were delicious! The hotel also had a beautiful courtyard area to eat outside. A few items to be aware of: 1. although the hotel was in a neighborhood near the lake, the neighborhood itself was a bit strange. We could tell it was meant to be a beautiful, well-to-do neighborhood of modern villas, but more than half the neighborhood was unused and/or under construction so it wasn’t as lively feeling in the evening because it was so dark and desolate seeming. It was beautiful in the daylight though! 2. This is not a big hotel chain, just an independent boutique style hotel operating in one of these villas. 3. There are no optimal eating spots near the hotel. You have to take a 20-30 minute Didi (taxi) ride to the nearest area with a lot of restaurants. However, if you like street food, there is a street food carnival area about 10 minutes away via walking (walk north along boardwalk bordering the lake.)
Overall, because of the kindness of the owners, the cleanliness and modernity, delicious breakfast, and comfortable mattress, we would definitely choose this hotel again for a one-night stopover.

OOn cloud 9I had a good stay. The hostel is generally clean. Some of the staff speak very little english. They help me carry my luggage during checkin to the elevator. The breakfast is great. The have restaurant with nice food. Amazing view from rooftop. They provide self laundry service including dryer (with payment alipay or wechat). Hairdryer available. Slippers are provided. Shower cream & shampoo available.
If you traveling from kunming railway station you can order Didi (uber/grab in China) or taxi if you want relax ride. Put the address: 92 huashan west road. Or by metro. From the station entrance/ exit, there’s metro line 1, you have to transfer to line 2, then line 3 and last one line 5. Line 5 exit is just a walking distance from the hostel. Google map is working fine for me.
