Hotel Kunshan dengan Bar

Satisfying hotel with a beautiful nostalgic view of Downtown Kunshan. It’s very close to all the happenings spots.

Went on a national holiday with my mom and twins. Aaron attended us to right away and he even assisted us with our luggage to our room. The kid’s room was nice and had enough room for my two toddlers to play. Since it was a holiday, the Riverside Restaurant was a tad bit crowded. Despite the number of people, we were attended to by the staff and was given two high chairs that we need. They also replenished food and drinks on time. All in all, it was a pleasant stay in Paradox hotel. Their customer service is superb.

Kunshan is spread over a large area, so it's hard to say whether this hotel is central or not. Nevertheless. it is a relatively short walk to a sizeable shopping centre and not far from other restaurants and shops. Service and breakfast were fine, in accordance with the price, however, we were most disappointed that the pool was not open. I appreciate that many hotel pools have not reopened since the pandemic, but clients should be made aware of this since the outdoor pool was one of our principal reasons for booking this hotel.

Sangat bagus, saya menempah vila tiga bilik tidur dengan Kad Platinum Ctrip dan terus naik taraf kepada vila empat bilik tidur bernilai 10,000. Maharaja menikmatinya. Saya menempah itik panggang untuk makan malam, dan terdapat barbeku di sebelah. Saya meminta kebab kambing tanpa membeli pakej pembelian berkumpulan. Walaupun makanannya sedap, masa menghidang agak lambat, dan saya akan datang lain kali, hari terlalu singkat

房間很大， 衞生間很大，有浴缸。 衞生：衞生不錯，乾淨整潔。 環境：周邊環境很好，有城市公園，金鷹廣場購物中心。 服務：服務特別好，颱風來臨城區停電，但酒店服務周到，所訂晚歺準時開飯。酒店菜品特別好吃，尤其片皮鴨受小孩喜歡，印象深刻！西歺廳服務員童玲女士特別貼心，多次電話問詢服務要求，所訂歺品。兩次用歺童玲女士對孩子多方照顧，耐心有加，此為酒店管理有方，員工服務品質的體現。 設施：酒店有泳池，此次入住，就為泳池而來。但颱風停電事故能如願，有些遺憾！

We chose the Crowne Plaza for its Western restaurant. Upon inquiry we asked about the restaurants and was sent to the 5th floor restaurant that only serves local cuisine. Again we asked the 5th floor restaurant where we can enjoy Western food. We were sent back down to the first floor where we found the western restaurant had closed down. It was upsetting to be sent from place to place and not properly informed about dining options. We had to enjoy a mediocre dinner in the nearby shopping center. The occasion was planned for the guest's bridal celebration dinner since she's leaving China and will get married abroad. I'm sorely disappointed in the uninformed restaurant manager and would hardly recommend staying at the Kunshan Crowne as the other Crowne Plaza's I've stayed at was a much better experience.

設施：老舊 衞生：乾淨 環境：乾淨 服務：一般 酒店比較老舊，智能設施很少，勝在地理位置優越，附近吃飯，娛樂，休閑設施很多。整體體驗不差。

酒店離古鎮非常近，後門出去就是景區入口。也有自己停車場，有個自己的餐廳，提供早餐、每個人都是一樣的、有粥饅頭紅薯麪條小餛飩、挺豐富，酒店房間還算乾淨、淋浴的水也比較大，就是房間空間不太大，有窗但是1樓沒有開，怕有蟲，所以感覺呆在房間裏有點悶。接待的服務員都比較熱情、會幫你提行李，也會引導你怎麼進古鎮。體驗還可以、反正個人感覺總比周邊各種各樣的名宿要安全正歸一點甜^_^

應該是崑山性價比很好的酒店了房屋整潔沒污點收拾的很乾凈設施老化需要更新前台服務很好住了兩晚第一晚平安夜很舒服什麼問題都沒有我們兩晚套房是分開買的第二晚前台小哥説沒有什麼類型幫我們更換了個帶窗户的我可以接受進去打開空調30分鐘之後屋裡還是熱就打電話諮詢查看發現是空調通水口的問題前台進行第一次更換房間我們積極配合想早點休息換了個大床房還是出現空調問題師傅來看説我温度跳的低説我怎麼樣怎麼樣那師傅您自己來調20分鐘後新套房空調還是有問題前前後後一個小時都沒解決後來小哥又換了一次我們接着配合好好好還是空調還是那個師傅過來看還是有問題我們也沒説什麼打了電話前台説是接着換房還是退房那你們説呢？退房我們凌晨再去找房間嗎？接着換最後一個房間了空調還是不製冷那就不換了唄折騰來折騰去要麼換房要麼退房要麼就忍着住要麼就凌晨去換房？前台始終沒有給過一個合理的説法太熱了早上我十點就退房了並聯繫了客服申請退款的訴求酒店賠償我的方式就是下次來升級套房和延期退房時間？我就在想實質性的問題還是沒解決呀？空調不製冷是你們酒店的問題到最後也還是不製冷中間還耽誤了我倆小時陪着你們來回跑拿着行李我是真的困好嗎？最後得出來的最大補償就是下次來入住升級套房和延期退房時間我對此賠償不滿意需要重新申請退款訴求

老客人了，入住又給我免費升了房 真的挺好，房間也乾淨，門口那條街都是吃的也很方便。是一個很不錯的體驗體驗非常好，價格實惠，下次還會再來的 ^門口就有停車位非常方便，而且從進門開始就感覺到舒適。
