Hotel Dengan Pools di Ningxia, China

We had a great time visiting Yinchuan. The hotel is centrally located (5-minutes walk from Ningxia museum) and the interiors were well-maintained and very clean. The staff were extremely helpful and the facilities (particularly the gym) were superb.

入住前一天管家小枝主動聯繫，回覆快速，服務很棒。全程幾乎沒有自己拿過行李箱，工作人員都會主動把行李從自己的車搬到接駁車、送到房間等，搶都搶不過來哈哈，因為長者有輪椅，還特地派了輛小車接送看篝火，有被感動到。房間衞生非常乾淨，餐食沒有網傳的不堪，帳篷隔音稍差不可避免，牀頭櫃還準備了耳塞眼罩。

The hotel building itself was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious - highly recommended In terms of amenities, the gym was small but adequate. They also have a Chess and Card room although the rate per hour was somewhat high. Yinchuan is rather spaced out but even so, the location of the hotel was good. Only a short ride away from the main city center.

地圖上看位置很好，可銀川太空曠了。沒有車住這裡是不方便的。房間是非常滿意，直飲水、電熨斗甚至燙衣板都有，這個確實不多見。缺點就停車場沒有人管理，不管是否入住外部車輛可以自由出入，遭遇了一次開門殺，但是對方態度很好。因為孩子喜歡上銀川的姑娘，我下次還會來銀川的。我愛銀川！

好的地方：酒店位置優越，停車便捷，房間寬敞視野好，洗手間有浴缸，還有兩個洗臉盆很方便，另外還配備單獨的梳粧台之類的，早餐品類還算拿得出手，有一些當地的特色品類；不足的地方：浴室用品沒有了也沒有及時補充，早餐杯子什麼的補充也不夠及時，迷你吧純粹是擺設，空空如也，馬桶有點廉價，門口迎賓的服務意識很一般

露營地在印象騰格里景區裡邊~周邊都是露營地（看了看送騰格里門票的幾乎都在這附近），沙塵暴性價比最高😁服務很好，剛訂完小李哥就聯繫確認怎麼接到露營地了（自駕也衹能到景區入口，裡邊都是沙漠了得換車~沒人帶路也不認識路😂）騰格里玩的項目就在邊上~ 酒店有篝火、打鐵花、煙花、KTV都挺嗨~~五六點不怎麼曬了出去順着沙丘走兩三個小時特別棒~心曠神怡~~還可以看日落~~公共衞浴也都挺寬敞，有櫃子、板凳可以放衣服什麼的~給各位姐妹建議下，洗完換好日常鞋回帳篷（穿拖鞋還是會走的一腳沙的😂） 這回趕上下雨，遺憾沒辦法看星空~也算是特別的體驗了~~狂風大雨帳篷裏也沒進沙子，挺好😀

I’m very happy to have stayed at this hotel. I got to know He Boyuan, Li Wen, and Li Zhuolv. I am extremely grateful to these three housekeepers, even though I don’t speak Mandarim, they made their best to make us feel welcome. He Boyuan specially customized a birthday cake and flowers for us and made my birthday specia. She is an incredibly considerate housekeeper who provided excellent service. The overall experience was fantastic.

The hotel is located in the city centre, but the room and facilities seem a bit worn out, although the hotel itself is not very old. Breakfast is really good, but the in-room amenities — the mini bar — is empty. I saw hair dangling around the flip flops.

I had already stayed in the same room 2 nights with a great experience. Then i was okey to expand my staying one more night at the same room. When i go to reception, it was a little bit crowded. I explained my situation and the lady in the reception told me there is no any room at the hotel. Then, i saw availability on trip.com then Mr.Brook at the reception helped me a lot to secure my same room. This was great help for me. Thanks Mr. Brook for your solution. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products. You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious. Overall; Wanda Realm in Yinchuan provides great experience. It’s worth it to try. Thanks Wanda Realm Family.

這次入住銀川悦蘭山維景酒店體驗感直接拉滿！酒店整體乾淨衞生，有潔癖的可以選擇，衞生到位！ 環境雅緻舒適，整體氛圍感特別好。必須重點表揚前台一位男工作人員-鄢靜波（應該是位優秀的小夥子，感覺具備經理的專業素養），服務真的超讚👍 辦理入住全程穩重從容，邏輯清晰有條理，做事特別靠譜成熟！最貼心的是會合理規劃時間，辦理手續時同步引導查看早餐菜單，提前幫做好早餐選擇，完全不會讓人覺得等待枯燥，入住辦理速度也特別快，全程高效舒心，溝通起來讓人非常舒服。 另外酒店餐廳也超出預期，午餐、晚餐菜品味道都很棒，整體環境和設施都很不錯，是一次非常滿意的入住體驗，下次來銀川還會選擇這裏！
