Ulasan Gensen Ichinoyu

It’s a bit hard to get to the hotel from bus terminal if u have luggage with u as it’s a downslope to get to the hotel. There’s also isn’t any lift in the hotel so we have to carry our luggage up to the second floor. We realised when we checked out that there’s actually locker for the luggage at the ground floor. There’s only one type of water in their public onsen which is kind of disappointing as we have high expectations since it is an onsen town. The onsen water however is good. We do feel some difference before and after onsen. There’s also free coffee & hot chocolate drinks right outside the onsen area. It would be better if there’s ice water in the onsen area as the water can get very hot & especially when there’s no cold tub there. The room however is spacious with comfortable bed. There’s also a foot bath located at the ground floor of the hotel right beside the breakfast area.

Really spacious room & in room onsen was the best. Location was 5 mins away from the main walking street & anyone staying there MUST try a yakitori restaurant just beside the hotel. A gem in a hole.

未試過在lobby中庭望住雪景浸腳，好享受～ 第一次嚟草津，冇諗過會落雪同埋俾啲雪遮住佐條雪變佐兜大圈先搵到入口。haha

非常漂亮而且乾淨的飯店！溫泉很舒服，整體環境舒適，房間空間很大。 有提供簡單的早餐，可以在飯店的開放式空間自己找位子坐，簡單又好吃～

部屋もお風呂もとても綺麗でした！部屋には冷蔵庫、ケトル、電子レンジがあるので部屋で晩酌もする事ができます。

其實我看房間時第一時間我感覺很好,而需要改善是插蘇位不足,酒店細心方面值得一讚,是有加濕機,使到冬天又要開暖氣,但又不太乾燥

房間説實話中規中矩沒有太大問題，但都是樓梯，沒有任何電梯！好在樓層也沒多高！自己拎行李上下！ 但是、配置非常差！軟硬件都不是top1温泉旅館的標準 1:温泉旅館沒有露天風呂，温泉洗浴的地方沒有提供毛巾，沒有護膚品，衹有浴帽，梳子，卸粧棉，吹風機！裏面是dove的洗浴用品！空間非常狹小 2:沒任何洗浴後的茶點！拉麪收費！ 3:晚餐居然是外包給其他酒店的，350的RMB吃的啥？真的不配！不知道中間差價給誰了？沒有餐飲水平就不要賣餐飲價格 4:它明明可以標註無餐飲能力，卻偏要收費給你提供生菜，腸，洋葱湯，餐包就這些東西？這是我有史以來吃過最差的温泉旅館早餐？ 5:這種酒店賣這種價格？零頭都不配 最讓人無法接受的是，黑燈瞎火到站、旅館不接站就算了，請幫忙叫個服務的車輛都不肯！非常傲慢無禮，攜程幫忙溝通了半天，周旋了一個多小時，最後衹説讓客人自己想辦法去外包晚餐酒店，可以考慮去那邊接？其實，外包晚餐是有接駁車免費來回温泉街的！ 問題是，羣馬大津這個無人車站，前不着村後不着店，沒有任何公共服務車輛，叫天不應叫地不靈！就算本地人幫我好心聯繫旅館説明情況，旅館都不為所動，堅持讓我自己想辦法過去！並且一再強調，晚餐20:00以後結束、不提供任何打包！ 最後本地好心人送我過去，check in不提供任何茶點，也無任何歉意！不能理解！ 拉黑、避雷 最後攜程客服雖然沒有解決問題、但還是對於我的問題處處有迴應！並且也做了補償，不是打廣告，遇到這種問題，還是這種平台有保障點、至少可以投訴幫忙解決

駐車場がないのが残念だが、部屋は綺麗で、湯畑からも近いので満足です。

這個價位居然沒有私人浴室，預訂時也沒有明顯註明，這個不友好。其他的中規中矩吧
