Hotel 3 Bintang di Kutaisi

Отель расположен далековато от центра и исторической части города( пешком 30 минут, на машине 4 минуты по навигатору). В номере мебель вроде новая, но простенькая,матрас на кровати не удобный. Сантехника в плохом внешнем состоянии, вентиляция в душевой и над раковиной забита пылью, одну из них почистил. Постельное бельё и полотенца чистые. Завтрак очень простенький, сосиски не вкусные.

Hotel was very nice cozy and brilliant clean. breakfast vas good and fool. staff is very friendly and smily, they gave you to feel as you are most important guest for them. room is good size l with all important amenities, closet, hunger thats was useful for long time stay, room was clean and fresh, I will come back.

Terrible customer service 😑 We have booked the room and the special photo shooting for our wedding, but when we arrived there it appeared that our room was already occupied by other guests. They have changed the room and cancelled the photography session as well. Nevertheless, they have charged us the full price. Before wedding I've called several times and even visited the hotel but they have never explained ”their rules”. They're lying and overcharging their guests! Not recommended!! 😕
