This is my second stay at the Starlight Hotel, and once again it was a great experience. The staff are friendly and welcoming. I requested an early-morning ride to the airport, and it was ready and waiting right on time. The staff are excellent.

Все было очень хорошо! Прекрасный вид из номера на центральную площадь. Сам номер чистый, персонал приветливый и позитивный. Бесплатная парковка. Единственное, очень очень примитивный завтрак. Хотелось бы как минимум горячей жареной яичницы.

Nice and clean hotel with delicious complimentary breakfast. Location is well placed for local amenities, restaurants, bars/cafes. I would definitely recommend if you don’t mind a busy environment

Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast is buffet with a wide range of Albanian and continental dishes. The swimming pool on 8th floor is fab with sun loungers and toilet. There’s music in background which adds to the atmosphere. The hotel is not in the centre buy bus ride and taxi ride not too far away.

Le petit déjeuner servi tard seulement à partir de 7h et nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car nos excursions commencent vers 7h et il faut se rendre dans le centre-ville avec le taxi ou le bus comme l’hôtel est à 6 km du centre

GGuest UserSuperb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay.

DDawulvxingHighly recommended for travelers! This is a brand new hotel with excellent facilities. It's just a 5-minute walk to Skanderbeg Square, and there are airport shuttle and various bus stops right outside. Restaurants, bars, and supermarkets are all conveniently located nearby. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, and they offer luggage storage, which really lightens your load for exploring Albania.

GGuest UserI booked a Deluxe Double Room and liked the size as well as the amenities. At first the receptionist said to me that Trip.com informed them a Triple Bed Room so I got three beds when I went in the room. Later on, a service lady quickly converted them to a king bed with a sofa. Breakfast is English-style buffet, nothing neither special nor bad. In general, I enjoyed staying in Mondial Hotel.

ХХанамThere are a lot of minuses, let's start with the main ones. If you are a blonde, please wear a cap if you go to the pool. I have an ash blonde that I have been trying to achieve for many years, but after their pool my hair turned green. I don't know what they add to the pool!
At the time of check-in, when paying in $ cash, they told me that we accept either local currency or €. I decided to pay by card, but the hotel took an extra $30, I didn't notice right away, but as soon as I noticed, I wrote to technical support. When technical support contacted the hotel, the hotel denied that they took an extra $30 from me. Despite the fact that I have a receipt for payment for $30 more and a bank statement. They denied that they took $30 from me, despite the fact that I have all the evidence. When I personally went to the reception to sort it out, they told me that it wasn't them who took $30, but they should have taken $30 because they were converting from dollars to euros from euros to their local currency and this conversion would cost $30. But supposedly the bank was billing me this amount, not the hotel itself, although the bill itself was billed on behalf of the hotel. I didn't like that at all. There were no slippers in the rooms, by the way, they didn't deny that they didn't have slippers. Very strange behavior from the staff. Their breakfasts only last 2 hours and cost €10, but for some reason the breakfast is extremely meager, it's easier to have breakfast for the same amount in a nearby cafe.

Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Xx.ImanI kid you not, albeit short, this was the best experience I’ve had at a hotel in a looooong time. Compliments to the staff above all!! Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was very inviting, friendly and treated me like family. That and the fact that the room and the grounds were amazing is like the biggest plus. Their ethos of from farm to table is alive and well in all their food and drink (I LOOOVED the sourdough).
If you read nothing else, all the amenities you’d ever need are available, luxurious and spacious rooms, amazing food and great courtyard, and hospitable and lovely staff, I can’t wait to come back to Albania just to experience this beautiful stay again!

DDPTGA decent hotel on the edge of town. Clean modern room, helpful front desk, good breakfast. Shops and restaurants nearby. A 20 min walk into the centre. Nice spa in the basement with free use of steam room and sauna for guests.

The accommodation is self check in, the owner provides clear prompts on how to get to the apartment and is always ready to help. I would recommend it I enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and convenience of the accommodation.
