This is the best choice for solo travelers looking for a quick in-and-out stay. Although it's been open for a while, the facilities and hot spring quality are still above the average for Japanese hotels. Do note that rooms are not cleaned daily, and the connecting staircase between the first floor and the family course is quite long, so please be careful.

This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring. Plus, there's a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel, which feels amazing.

The hotel location is good, ski in ski out hotel but the facilities is too old, especially there’s no air cooling in the room and the window unable to open, so after wearing ski set on the room, you will feel super hot and start sweating

For Niseko, where every inch of land is precious, this hotel offers great value for money during ski season. It's right next to the Hirafu slopes, making ski-in/ski-out super convenient for a multi-day stay. The bathroom is tiny, and once the futons are laid out, there's barely any room to walk. The only downside is that breakfast ends at 9 AM, which isn't ideal for late sleepers.

Great location for a ski-in/ski-out hotel, and it has hot springs! It's super refreshing to soak in the hot springs after skiing. The only downside is there's a short flight of stairs to get to the slopes. Also, if you stay multiple nights, they don't clean the room daily.

This hotel offers great value for money 🤍. The staff are all very polite and helpful, especially those in the hotel restaurant. The buffet selection isn't huge, but the food quality is quite good. The room was comfortable, and the overall environment was quiet and peaceful. Having a private hot spring bath in the room was incredibly relaxing 🤍. The only downside is that the surrounding area is a bit remote, making transportation inconvenient for those without a car. There's a small shop on the ground floor of the hotel selling souvenirs and snacks. It's about a 5-minute walk uphill from the hotel to the Grand Hirafu Base ski area.

Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌

The location is ideal, right in the center of town. However, getting to and from the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) requires navigating a very long and slippery staircase. The private hot spring in the room was a great perk.

Conveniently located ski-in ski-out hotel. The rooms are small and a bit dated, with low ceilings. It's clean, and the bedding is good. The onsen is the main bonus!

Good value of money. You can go straight to take the ski lift. Very convenient. The breakfast does not have many choices and everyday is the same. But who cares, enjoy your ski/snowboard.

The front desk staff gave us incorrect information. The hotel's hot spring was supposed to be free, but during check-in, we were told we needed to pay to use it. They also didn't return our passports promptly. It was quite a poor experience.

The room was decent, but the facilities are a bit dated. The location, however, is great.

Ski in ski out but still needs to go through staircase to get to the slope. Don't miss the good breakfast with a view.
