Stayed at an average hotel with minimal service. The room was generally clean, meeting basic expectations. The staff was polite but not particularly attentive or proactive. Limited amenities and services make it suitable for short stays or budget travelers seeking simplicity. Don’t expect anything beyond the essentials.

Good location and modern. 7-11 store is linked to the hotel lobby and there is security as hotel guests have to tap the room card to exit 7-11 to enter the lobby. Easy check-in as there are many staff at the check-in counters. Checking-out is a breeze as guests are able to do it by yourself at the machines. Will definitely return when in Kyoto :)

Great location, just 5 minutes from Kyoto Station. However, the service is just average and the Wifi connection is a bit unstable (and you have to connect through the in-room TV). Check-out time is at 10am, earlier than most hotels in Japan.

Super location just opposite JR Kyoto station, with a convenient store in the hotel, washer available on 2/f 3/f 4/f, and you can watch live availability on hotel TV, then you need not rush up & down between floors, also lockers available

Check in was flawless! The location is just superb. A mere 3mins walk to kyoto station. House keeping is also good. Will stay again.

Clean and near station, great breakfast with many choices, konbini right at first floor of hotel. Room is decently sized. Large shopping mall nearby.

Super convenient! 3 minutes walk from Kyoto main train station. Donki just 1 block away and a 7-11 on the ground floor. Good room size. Free luggage storage before and after check in Total 8 washing/drying machines on 2 floors (still not enough!!)

Stayed in a twin room for 2 nights and had an excellent time here. Location is about 3 minutes walk from the West exit of Kyoto Station. It is a cosy room with many amenities provided at the amenities bar next to the lift lobby. There were many power outlets in the room which is much appreciated. Beds were hard enough and pillows were decent. You can request for extra pillows from front desk if required. The hotel is conveniently situated next to a 7-11 konbini and many restaurants nearby. Kyoto Avanti has many restaurants and so does the Aeon mall about 5-7 minutes walk away. Overall, for the price paid, I am very satisfied with the stay and will definitely recommend it.
