Super convenient! 3 minutes walk from Kyoto main train station. Donki just 1 block away and a 7-11 on the ground floor. Good room size. Free luggage storage before and after check in Total 8 washing/drying machines on 2 floors (still not enough!!)

Good location, excellent service , quiet & clean & modern hotel, good price to reserve it via online , room size is great ( not too small or not too big) , provide the locker free service at lobby , very convenient to take any transportation which is very closed to hotel, breakfast has many traditional Japanese food , is delicious ( suggest to provide little be more western food to the customers who may not enjoy eating daily Japanese food for breakfast) , having a traditional check in with staff and check out to use the machine which can save our time to line up long queue , have a large lobby for a rest ., having 7 eleven next to the hotel very convenient. I like they use a card to show the other guest which table is available as well as you don’t worried about someone just sit on when you go to take your food n easy for waiters clean the table for next guest too, smart arrangement 👍🏻for breakfast buffet

super convenient location. Right next to the Kyoto station easy to get anywhere in Kyoto. Very clean and space gust room. Will book this hotel again next time to Kyoto.

Second time staying here. My sister enjoys the breakfast spread. The room is spacious enough & the amenities in this room are sufficient. I would love to return again as it is walking distance to Kyoto Station & 2 nearby malls. 7-11 at the ground flr connected to hotel.

Stayed here while in Kyoto for leisure, the location is quite convenient since it is on the back side of the station and only a 5 minute walk so you get a convenient location and less people. Check-in was easy and they use a combination of desk check in and kiosk with adds an extra step but at least it was easy to use. The room was quite comfortable, while not spacious, the use of space with this next generation of business hotels is quite welcome, just do not expect a view from your window. Overall, as a budget traveler this ticks all the important boxes for a cost effective stay in an overcrowded tourist destination.

Nearby is the subway station and JR station, very convenient. There is 7-eleven underground, hotel with doorway through. Use with washing machine and dryer.

The room is clean, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is rich and varied.
