The best part abt this hotel is its location; it next to central train stations for all services; so super convenient for travelling to anywhere in Kyoto. Room is big enough, surrounded by eateries and shops for souvenirs!

The hotel is very convenient for those who want to have a short stay near Kyoto JR station. The train is just next to our room, we can even wave to the passengers.

Good location in Kyoto Station. Easy to find out the hotel lobby when go out from Shikansen or JR train. We are arrive early before check in, the hotel reception allow to put our luggage without any charges. This hotel is good for family who bring younger children and can see the train outside from the window.

This hotel location is strategic. It is located right next to JR Kyoto Station and Shinkansen station. It is very convenient to travel to Nara, Osaka, Arashiyama, lake Biwako, Gion and even to other prefecture such as Kobe, Nagoya, Tokyo. The room is spacious and very clean. The staffs are friendly too. Although our room is right next to the Shinkansen platform, there’s no noise at all. We slept well through the night. There many place to shop for souvenirs too. Isetan Kyoto Station, Astra and Porta.

Hotel location was within the Kyoto Station and hence very convenient as. Transportation hub to places of interests. Hotel room is clean and cosy. Reception staff are polite.

Location was ok as it was beside train station. However basic laundry facility is non existent at all. I had 3 rooms but it was not arranged together despite requesting for it months before. Overall service is lacking in Japanese standard.

Had everything I need, entrance built into the station so very easy to catch your train in the morning. My walk to my room was super long though, I’d advise anyone to request a room close to the elevator.

Front counter is very friendly, room is fairly spacious as compared to standard japan hotel, toilet is huge too with bath tub, they provided complimentary 1x lounge break with coffee and drinks free flow, we used that and still made it on time before boarding our train to osaka, as the hotel is very near to platform. All excellent :)

Excellent location! When we left the Kyoto station, the hotel just on the downstair. It’s very convenient to go anywhere!very good experience!

The hotel is the the Kyoto main train station. Easily accessible to many places and food. The hotel room is also clean and comfortable.
