Staff are very nice and helpful, we had a smooth check in and learned how to use the access code for gaining access to the room. The room is very spacious with nice cool design, the TV is big and nice. Location of the hotel is very close to Kyoto train station and local amenities.

職員態度友善，房間都乾淨，同相一樣好大好闊落，一家六口同時打開喼執野都唔迫，有dyson風筒加分，唯一唔好係冇停車場

キッチンがとても広く、机も大きくて15人くらいでもパーティーできそうな部屋の大きさでした！ テレビもNetflixが繋がって良かったです◎食器、調理器具も揃っています。 部屋にあるものすべて洗練されていてきれいな印象でした！ スタッフの方の対応も良かったです。 強いて言えば、部屋が広いこととコンクリート壁だからか暖房ガンガンにしても部屋が暖まらず少し寒かったです。。

We LOVED this hotel. Spacious, clean, very minimalist and 'cool' with a New York loft feel. So much room for all of us and Netflix for the kids. Great location next to Kyoto Station. Comfy beds, laundry, coffee machine in reception. Opposite the most beautiful temple and close to everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Nous avons reserve une chambre familiale pour 5 et la mauvaise surprise a été qu il n y avait que 4 lits !!!!! Donc une personne doit dormir sur le sofa qui n est pas un sofa lit - le personnel est inflexible , bref je deconseille si vous etes plus de 4 voilà ce matin , nous sommes 4 sur la table du petits déjeuner avec lle 5 eme qui dort ! Nous ne reviendrons jamais

東本願寺が望めるロフトBのお部屋に宿泊しました。 お部屋から望む東本願寺が本当に美しかったです。 立地もよく、京都駅まで徒歩7分との記載でしたがもっと近いように感じました。 コンビニは徒歩数分の場所にファミマとローソンがあり、京都駅前のヨドバシカメラの地下のスーパーまでも徒歩５分ほどでした。 京野菜付きのプランだったのでスーパーで買い出しをし調理し、健康的な食事をとることができました。 京都滞在が１～２泊だと外食で済ませてしまいますが、５泊ほどだったので野菜をとりたかったのでキッチン付きは有難かったです。 お部屋もリビングダイニングと寝室が分かれており、快適でした。 またドライヤーがダイソンだったのには驚きました。 速乾力抜群！ 最新調理家電やボードゲームなどもレンタルでき非常に楽しい滞在でした。 注意点としては お部屋からフロントに連絡できる手段が☎以外にないことと、 パジャマ・調味料などはありません。

京都市下京区の『20PIECES』に宿泊。 レンタル品充実、庶民は高級家電にテンション上がる「お部屋で楽しむ」をテーマにしたホテルです。 フロントからお部屋までどこで撮っても映えるのに、この値段で、、、いいんですか？
