Ulasan Pullman Changbaishan Resort

The experience was pretty good, I highly recommend this place if you would like to have more privacy as the resort is standalone and if order of getting to the skiing places (there are 2) you would need to order a taxi. The concierge Xiao Sun 小孙 was super helpful from the first day we checked in. He helped us to organize some trips. Thank you so much, Xiao Sun!! 真感谢你！ The hotel offers free entry to Hanshan skiing resort (you have to cover a deposit of 1000 yuan per person, be ready for it). If you would like to experience Wanda Changbaishan skiing, then you would need to take a taxi (takes about 15 mins). The breakfast was pretty good. For dinner they have a very satisfying buffet and some perks like chef cooking carbonara in front of you, some cosplay as well. And yes, there are cute deers living at the area of the resort! We also got a complimentary shooting wearing Korean traditional clothes, it was a great experience.

The room was very spacious, and the surroundings were beautiful. Breakfast was also very generous. There were even deer outside that weren't shy at all – very friendly!

The front desk staff, Owen, was enthusiastic and professional. The hotel's location is excellent, and the concierge staff were polite and arranged everything perfectly. The deer are adorable! All the hotel's front desk staff were very patient, making our stay a pleasant holiday. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The hotel room was clean and spacious, and especially warm. The environment is quiet and perfect for a getaway, surrounded by forests with many deer. The service is great, and the buffet at the restaurant is definitely worth trying (you must try the homemade yogurt for breakfast! And the brownies for dinner are also good 😋)

The room was spacious enough, but the location was pretty average. There's nothing around here; you need a taxi for everything, whether it's eating or entertainment. The service was also just okay; I encountered a few cold and unhelpful staff members from the front desk to the restaurant. There's a construction site nearby, and for three days straight, loud pile-driving noises started around 7 AM. Breakfast was very, very mediocre, to be honest, I was quite disappointed. After three nights, I moved to the Wanda Sheraton. Although the room rate was double, it basically included all food, drinks, and entertainment, and the service quality was much better. There's really no comparison; I'll definitely stick to the Wanda theme park area from now on.

Room is dirty with dirty couch. Shower area floods with the water puddle lasting whole day. Picture of flooding is taken 12hrs after showering. Visitors are also allowed to smoke in the hotel compound as well which is not reccomended for families with children.

Pullman is a picturesque hotel with beautiful landscape, trees covered in powdery snow look like marshmallow, deers roaming around 😍 Thank you for the lovely service, helping us with the activities arrangement & airport shuttle. Staff at breakfast lounge are helpful and friendly 🥰 some can speak English. Others can communicate with us through WeChat.

I rarely leave reviews, but I have to say, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Honestly, the comfort level is comparable to Hyatt and Park Hyatt, and it's far better than other options at the same price point. Five-star recommendation! 👍 Although it's not within the Wanda Resort area, it's close to #Songjianghe Town, making dining very convenient. Plus, it's closer to the scenic spots than the hotels in Wanda and Luneng. A major highlight of Pullman is its three adorable deer 🦌! You can even buy carrots at the front desk to feed them and take photos. Besides the deer, the hotel's garden environment is beautiful and provides fantastic photo opportunities 📷. Another big plus for Pullman is its heated indoor pool, a separate children's pool, billiards, table tennis, a mahjong room, and facilities for fitness or spa treatments~ The final highlight is how quiet and uncrowded it is here! The hotel also included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner (with a huge variety and genuinely delicious food, plus excellent service 😋). You can leisurely enjoy it without any queues! Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and bright, and looking out the floor-to-ceiling windows at the snow-covered forest creates a truly unique atmosphere 🥰.

I would like to complimenting the restaurant crew, they are very professional and well trained. I had a very good experience having dinner and breakfast there. Regarding the room, the shower area was very smelly when we opened the shower, and we are unsure where the smell was coming from. Additionally, the shower at the bathtub was not working. This is not what I expected for a 5-stars hotel. The swimming pool and spa were closed, which meant there were no facilities available at the hotel. The hotel's location is also quite far from town.

the room was clean but we arrived at a rather off peak hour - attempted to use the indoor swimming pool but the water was too cold and the pool definitely did not look as advertised. was informed by the staff to avoid wading in the pool as the tiles were cracked

A tranquil haven with a superb location! The restaurant breakfast was incredibly diverse, and the freshly made wontons and egg pancakes were delicious. But the real highlight was the several adorable deer in the garden – so well-behaved! They were very cooperative for feeding and petting.

The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, and its design offers privacy and quiet without obstructing the view. I was particularly impressed by the new, clean rooms and the elegant, refreshing atmosphere and fresh air of being nestled in the woods. The small wontons and 'jianbing guozi' (fried dough stick rolled in a savory pancake) at breakfast were delicious. There's a good selection of activities, making this hotel excellent value for money, especially during the holidays.

The breakfast and dinner offered during our consecutive stay were both great, especially dinner. They really had everything imaginable: garlic vermicelli, oysters, roast lamb, and old-fashioned popsicles. It's truly an excellent choice for a trip with elderly family members and children. Although it's outside the Wanda Resort, it's actually quieter this way. As for not seeing Tianchi Lake, I've accepted my fate; after all, you can't see it from inside or outside Wanda Resort, and no one could go up there anyway. Still, I hope everyone who stays here gets to see Tianchi Lake on their first try! We also had a meal inside Wanda Resort, but that one wasn't very good.
