The hotel boasts an excellent location, just an 8-minute walk behind Kyoto Station. Check-in is available from 2 PM, and you can store your luggage using an IC card. The bedding is good, with two pillows per person, and the in-room massage chair is a nice touch. Breakfast is also decent. If you're not in a hurry, you can walk to Tofuku-ji Temple, and it's very convenient to catch a bus nearby to Eikan-do Temple and Kiyomizu-dera Temple.

The hotel is about 500 meters from Kyoto Station; you can walk straight there after exiting the station. The hotel's breakfast is quite simple, but there are many restaurants nearby. There's also a subway station just 300 meters from the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. For Kiyomizu-dera Temple, I recommend taking the bus.

The room was quite small, barely enough space to open one suitcase. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, and there's a Family Mart convenience store diagonally across the street. The Kujo subway exit is roughly 5 minutes away. They offer common amenities like a washing machine and microwave. I chose a smoking room, which came equipped with an air purifier.

For its category, this hotel is quite well-equipped. It offers ironing facilities (though it seemed to be a trouser press only), a refrigerator (standard in most hotels), and most conveniently, a communal microwave and ice machine. A downside is that there are only two washing machines, and I even found a queue at 3 AM. However, the overall facilities and cleanliness are very good, as expected for a local 3-star hotel. There's also enough space to open a suitcase. One important note for taller guests: the bathroom ceiling is quite low. Those around 190cm tall should be aware, as showering can be quite inconvenient.

Centrally located in Kyoto, it's just a 5-10 minute walk from Kyoto Station. The airport shuttle stop and subway station are also conveniently close by. Surrounded by numerous convenience stores, shopping malls, and large supermarkets, it offers incredible convenience for getting around, shopping, and dining.

A major highlight for me was the room size, which far exceeded my expectations. While most rooms I've stayed in elsewhere typically only have space for the bed, here I could easily open two large suitcases without feeling cramped. I'm not sure how they categorize their rooms as I couldn't find a 'business room' option later, but the L-shaped desk was remarkably spacious, offering ample room for a laptop and other items if you're working in the evening. The location is extremely convenient, just a five-minute walk from Kyoto Station. Even with heavy luggage, the walk isn't strenuous, and you arrive quickly. Check-in and check-out are mostly self-service via machines, but staff are readily available to assist if needed. Additionally, toiletries and tea bags are available for self-collection in the lobby.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, with very attentive service from the staff. The room itself was quite spacious, especially the bathroom, which was easily the largest I've seen in any Japanese hotel. Its location is excellent, just a 7-8 minute walk from Kyoto Station and also conveniently close to Kyoto Tower. For anyone planning a trip to Nara, I'd highly recommend looking into the special passes or tickets available nearby.

The room was quite spacious, which is a plus for a Japanese chain hotel – you can usually count on their cleanliness. I always pick them for business trips. This particular location doesn't offer free breakfast. It's about a 10-minute walk from Kyoto Station, which is pretty convenient. There's also a direct bus to Kansai Airport nearby, as well as buses to Kiyomizu-dera Temple and Fushimi Inari Shrine. Overall, it's a good spot, and I'd likely choose it again on my next visit.

Everything else was quite satisfactory, despite the room being a little small. The location near Kyoto Station was very convenient for getting around. The hotel appeared to be newly renovated, contributing to its overall cleanliness. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always greeting guests warmly. Even with the language barrier, I made an effort to respond politely, and consequently, never encountered any unfriendliness. Breakfast was pretty standard but perfectly adequate, saving us the hassle of finding a place to eat first thing in the morning. The natto and egg mixed with rice were surprisingly tasty, with no strange flavors, and it really grew on me.

Excellent location, right by the train station. The rooms are on the smaller side with limited amenities. Being located by the road, it can be quite noisy. Vending machines and a laundry room are available for a fee. A complimentary microwave is also provided.

Fantastic! The location is excellent, and it's very modern, new, and clean. Both the in-room and hotel facilities are thoughtfully designed. The guy at the front desk was super handsome! The lobby on the first floor is decorated so warmly and invitingly. Highly recommended!
