Hotel berhampiran Jozenji Temple, Kyoto

The room we stayed in is very tidy and clean. Reception staff were very friendly and professional. The location of this hotel is close to the market (~8 min walking distance). Highly recommended for those who stay in Kyoto for short period of time.

G/f layout is very strange with restaurant/ breakfast place, being cut into 2 halves by the lobby lounge. You can’t enjoy your breakfast at all coz 1) I have to hold a tray with food carefully walk through the huge crowds, 2) more luckily I got Australian tour & Taiwan tour today, over 50 people including eaters & tourists gathered at the lounge+breakfast place chatting waiting to set off. Then the tour guide yell with high voice for announcements. What a lovely scene. If you like meeting vibrant & overwhelming global tours or groups of secondary school students dashing around, that’s the place for you.

I stayed on the 3rd day of the new opening. There is no denying the lack of preparation In particular, newcomer training, excective floor personnel. About Invoices, credit cards There is likely to be a need for re-education regarding the handling of the details. The accommodation manager also reflected on this point

京都之旅最正確的選擇就是入住了一直心心念唸的安縵京都，安縵酒店隱匿在靜謐的森林之中，綠茵環繞，禪意清幽。這次入住楢房，房間很新，一層的大落地窗採光非常好，陽光洋洋灑灑的透過窗照進房間感覺匆忙的旅行一下就慢下來了。最難忘的是入住期間每一位工作人員的笑臉和熱情周到的服務！這次提前預約了兩天的晚餐和下午茶，都在the living pavilion，餐廳所有工作人員服務都是特別有禮貌，服務無可挑剔，菜品都非常精緻美味，下次來要品嚐鷹庵，非常棒的入住體驗，下次秋天來！

這一次算是中伏得最緊要的一次，本身以為入住一間休閒高級的酒店，貴些都不緊要，怎料除了服務好尚算好之外，硬件上沒有其他可取之處，首先地理位置不算方便，想去便利店或附近食肆的話，都需要步行10分鐘以上，酒店門口非常隱蔽，到達時走了兩圈都找不着門口，酒店規模不大，基本上沒有什麼公共設施，沒有自家停車場，沒有健身室，沒有大浴場，除了一間較為高級食肆，包早餐，但如果想要食好些就要另外加錢，無論入住多少晚，都只會包一個晚餐，這種Offer還是第一次見，而且都不是什麼名貴菜式，如要吃和牛，需要加錢，價錢貴，份量少，本身房租比其他京都區酒店已經貴了兩至三倍， 在網站訂房時相片有露台，入住時卻告訴你不能用，窗外景觀就是對面街的行人路，床褥沒有回彈力，越睡越下陷，Mini吧內除了水和咖啡，其他全部都要收費，價格就不用說了，真心想知他們憑什麼收取這個房租，感覺像搶錢，說過以後都不會入住這集團的酒店

Great location near subway (2 lines) and only 3 stops from Kyoto station. The view was nice from the 7th floor. Washing machine in the room is a plus. There even is some kind of trousers press in the room. Unfortunately there was no free bed linens change during my 6 day stay. I had to pay for one (not very expensive though). Also the breakfast could be better.

房間非常新，非常大。位置非常好，步行到錦市場和商店街衹需要10分鐘，周圍也有幾家咖啡館。前台有中國人執勤。和式房間沒有窗簾所以大早亮光透進來很早，要睡懶覺的人建議選擇歐式房間。

優點：房間很大。很新很乾凈，房間裏打掃一塵不染，洗護用品提供齊全，有身體乳、卸粧凝露、洗面奶、爽膚水和保濕霜套裝，刮鬍刀是四刀片的。酒店前台服務熱情，進出都打招呼，幫忙叫車拿放行李。豪華房有陽台，且陽台很大，雖然沒有什麼風景，但是可以交換新鮮空氣，同時也很安靜。房間保温很好，晚上可以不用開空調，避免乾燥。minibar飲料免費，每天水都充足。對面就是fresco大超市，出門右手邊步行一會兒有郵局、洗衣房（這個更近）便利店，左手邊有飯店、加油站、洗衣房。酒店禁止12歲以下入住，所以很安靜。周邊岡崎神社、光明寺、京都大學、****都是步行可達。 缺點：放行李的地方太小了，基本上放不了，我最小一個行李rimowa26寸都放不進去，更別提另外兩個大行李了，還在房間足夠大。因為那個行李架一旦放了行李，移門就會無法打開衣櫃，這個屬於設計缺陷。被很多人詬病的早餐我特意幾種都嘗試了，家人選的日式，他覺得還ok，主食就是玉子燒。我選的美式就是最正常的培根肉腸雞蛋，味道可以的，水果很甜（我覺得正常選這個至少不會踩雷，也可以吃飽）第二天我加1600換班尼迪，被很多人讚譽的班尼迪我反而覺得很一般，下面鋪的是煙燻三文魚，如果你喜歡吃煙薰三文魚估計會覺得早餐不錯，但我不喜歡。我能夠理解酒店因為整體規模不大，所以早餐不可能太過豐盛，也不可能做自助，否則食物放太久會變質。但是小而精緻的高級酒店我在其他國家也住過，其實可以半自助形式，水果麪包飲料可以自助區拿，主食order就可以，估計是成本控制原因，酒店不願意如此。最重要的是早餐的果汁只有2種選擇，連牛奶都沒有，衹可以在咖啡和紅茶之間選，雖然酒店規定12以下不可入住，但是12-18的青少年喝咖啡和紅茶也不合適吧？至少應該有牛奶這個選項。且早高峯客人用餐人數多時，我們坐進去很久才來waiter，體感不太好。總結：早餐確實不出色，但是及格。造成此原因的不是早餐本身，而是酒店自己對這唯一一家餐廳的定位，因為要做成法餐餐廳，所以廚師長的思路必定如此。其實裝修成日式庭院的酒店更應該做成日式餐廳，而不是走法餐路線，隔壁酒店樓下的日式餐廳做得就不錯。

It’s the perfect balance of convenience and peace. The public onsen facilities were equally impressive—meticulously clean and beautifully designed. It was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Kyoto. In conclusion, 三井花園酒店 京都三条 Premier exceeded all my expectations. The impeccable service, beautiful design, and special touches like the private bath made this one of my most enjoyable stays. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

スタッフの方の対応が丁寧で、とても楽しい旅行となりました。お掃除も行き届いていて、お部屋も綺麗でした。 駅近、目の前がコンビニ、すぐそばにスタバ、とても立地が良いホテルでした。強いて言えば、モーニング終了時間があと30分遅いと嬉しいなと思いました。
