Lovely room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, very clean, great pool and secluded beach. Totally relaxing.

The grounds and layout are beautiful. We liked the fact that the walking distance from the lobby to the pool/beach area was short and restaurants were conveniently located. No shortage of people working, cleaning, maintenance and servers. We had a very nice excellent maid service. Shout outs to Oscar in the main dining buffet. Also to the whole entertainment pool side/evening crew, especially Marlon. Bartenders Luis and Roberto at the pool bar were fantastic and fun! The buffets were very good, you can always find something to eat. The restaurants were all very good. We participated in several activities during the day and the dancing at night.
The biggest problem was the showers. Not enough volume or pressure and again the temperature was luke warm and cold at times. Sliding glass door to patio was difficult to operate and lock.The mosquitos were a problem for some at night. We had a great time overall.

The hotel is nested in a beautiful bay, the ocean is calm, you can truly relax and rejuvenate. The area is less windy than Punta Cana, water a bit less “carabean blue” but clean and pleasantly warm.
The staff goes over and beyond to make your experience unforgettable. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back.

We liked that it was walkable and everything was pretty close. The food at Le Pescador restaurant was good, but the dessert was very average. I wish the pools or the kids club were open earlier as we were with a child who would wake up early and difficult to entertain in the room.

Hotel was clean, ac was great, my only complaint about accomodations is water was not hot. Food was average buffet quality, with a couple of exceptions, which were excellent. Hotel was not crowded, which was great.

Everything was perfect except we didn't seem to have hot water in our shower. Thank you for a wonderful time, we will be back!

When we checked in the guy said they were full up and we couldn’t get the room with double beds I booked! He wouldn’t do it. The room was a king size bed instead, the toilet ran the whole time, no hot water and the shower didn’t work, the bed post was broken. But the buffet and pool and other staff were very kind and beautiful.

The resort and rooms and food were fabulous I loved my stay the staff was great and friendly even tho most didn’t speak English I enjoyed my stay and the beach and pool were so nice and relaxing they were always activities and events going on so you were never bored. Great for couples and family but I know next time being a single adult to go on the adult resort lol but I loved it
