Hotel Terbaik dengan Gimnasium di Lafayette

The AC didn’t work, but maintenance did try to come fix it at 10:00pm. The room still didn’t get cold. The bathroom was too small.

First time staying at a Baymont Inn. The place was very clean! The staff was friendly. And although the location is right next to a waffle house there was no need to leave the inn for breakfast. The breakfast served there was a mini breakfast bar.

Stayed here for a Reba McEntire concert at the Cajundome which was literally across the street! Dry convenient. Friendly staff! Clean rooms and good breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. It too far from other eating areas etc. I would definitely stay again!

We were in Lafayette with the Cajun/zydeco dance group for Mardi Gras. The hotel was extremely clean, updated and nicely decorated, The staff were very polite, attentive, friendly, efficient, personable and engaging. The staff (Nelson, Tasha and Gabriella) at breakfast every morning were outstanding and made our trip even more fun! The breakfast was always fresh and tasty with a good variety of items to choose from. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and attentive happy to help with all of our requests. We loved having a coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave in our room. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was good with hot water always available. I appreciated the dove soap amenities and the dispensers in the shower and the sink. Our only complaint was the lack of a toilet seat cover which we all felt wasn’t very sanitary. Overall a lovely experience in Lafayette at the Holiday Inn ! We would all choose this hotel again because the staff went above and beyond which we all know is hard to come by these days. Made reservations on jan. 9th 2023. Stayed Tuesday February 14th for 1 night. Reserved queen room. They had already ran my card for full amount earlier that morning, even though I was paying in cash at check in which was noted. When I got to room, realized it was double beds and not 2 queen beds. Hard as a rock. Broken plug on night stand lamp. Clock didn't work, t.v. had screen settings for everything in Spanish. When i went to check out, was told that they had no double queens available that is why i was puy in double bed room. Had reservations for weeks and didn't get room reserved. Also paid same price for smaller room. I am a diamond select member and bestwestern will here from me. Also be warned it is an old super 8. Also full of noisy rude oilfield workers. Will never stay here again. Unlike my room, that is a guarantee.

This is a wonderful location for any destination you want go to in Lafayette, every thing is convient. The only reason for not having a perfect 10 in all catagories is due to Covid restrictions. It is time we move past this and try and get back to some degree of normal, ie: Daily house keeping, better breakfast, etc. We were told the property was in line for a little remodeling/updates.
