The hotel staff was extremely nice. Debbie was very helpful and even remembered my name each time I came and went from the hotel. The hotel was clean and accommodating. The rooms are a little bit outdated with some old carpet but all in all it was a very good and clean stay the hotels towels were very soft and clean.

Shoulda left before check in when I seen the fruit flies every where! Entire breakfast area and lobby are infested with fruit flies flying. Staff clearly know about it since they have traps all in the breakfast foods. Unsanitary! Try speaking to management, but the man blows you off don't care and the lady is just rude and argues. Front desk acts like you bothering them or interrupt they nap time when you need something. Accept for Ms Debby and Ms Sheryl. Asked if coffee will be ready on my early days and those two ladies are the only ones who would get it done. Can't fine anyone in the middle of night when it isn't Debby or Sheryl working. And overheard many loud "discussions" from managers being rude to staff thru out stay. Was here for about 1 month. The 2 ladies I name are the only reason I would consider go back. The rest need serious work!

While this place has potential to be great, the poor reviews do it justice. The entire hotel needs updates and seems to be falling apart. We had two rooms while in town for a high school event. The rooms with a separate room and kitchen are a great size in that they give you extra space. However, the kitchens are gross and falling apart. The cushion on the small sofa/ pull out in one room had gum on it. The shampoo/ conditioner that is usually glued on the wall was broken off in another room. The floors were sticky. The remote in one room didn’t have a back on it. All in all, the place needs lots of work. Cannot recommend.

This place had potential, but definitely fell short for a disappointing weekend stay. We were in town for a baseball tournament and chose to stay here due to it being a newer property. We usually always choose a Marriott hotel due to being a member and collecting points for future stays. The area surrounding the hotel was great. A positive for this hotel is that there are tons of restaurants and shopping right around the hotel. Upon entering the hotel we noticed that all of the trash cans were overflowing. When we arrived in our room we noticed that there was only half a roll of toilet paper, no Kleenex, and no laundry bags. The room was large, but did show some wear and tear. Everything appeared to be clean. There was a full size refrigerator which was definitely a bonus. Our room was not cleaned the next day and towels and toiletry items were not replenished. Although there was a coffee pot there were no cups or condiments. The breakfast downstairs was minimal, crowded, and dirty. They were out of coffee by 9:00 am. When we returned to the hotel the second evening all of the trash cans were overflowing again. It just had a dirty feel overall. We stayed at the Springhill Suites River Ranch the last time we were in the same area and had a much more enjoyable experience. If you are looking for a moderate option in this area I would pass on this one. There are better options at around the same price point.

We had a 2 room suite, nice but the sitting area only had 1 small love seat…nice room, no furniture. The closet in the bedroom was unfinished, literally no shelves, no rack, etc. when we asked the night person at the desk for clean towels (they don’t provide daily room housekeeping service) she rudely told us we had to bring our dirty towels down and exchange them…. This brand is tired. The Marriott brand used to mean something, sadly no more.

Awesome hotel. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Amazing manager. All around the board is a 10. I highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone. I felt like home. I will be returning back soon. You guys are awesome!!
